In the fourth episode of the CERTIFY podcast series, Francesca talks about her journey as a project manager in research projects. She explained the life cycle of a research project starting from consortium building to proposal submission, project operation and exploitation after the project. Moreover, Francesca touched upon the success metrics of a research project, exploitation strategy and horizon result booster program, an initiative from the European Commission providing a set of services to EU-funded projects, free-of-charge.
CERTIFY is a consortium research project with 12 partners from 8 countries. It offers a comprehensive approach for managing the IoT security lifecycle, including security by design, continuous assessment and monitoring, timely detection and mitigation, secure OTA updating, and information sharing. CERTIFY ensures high-level security for IoT stakeholders.
