Very nice house. Only thing is, if I'm being critical; I think a house that size should have a bigger garage, because someone who can afford it is likely to have a big car (and there may be more than one in the family) so they're going to end up using the hardstanding for all their parking and their car(s) won't get any protection from the elements.

It be interesting to know main purpose or reason people are buying properties and if there is any stats in comparison before the big interest rate jumps last year. I know for me for example it is down to schooling and I need to get something within next 18 months otherwise risk my son not getting into the school we hope to get him in.
