What you said in this video spoke to me because today I've realized some of the things you have spoken about starting to happen in my life and you've put some things in perspective for me. Additionally, I feel like something good (a big break) is about to happen in my life even though life things haven't been going my way for years and it seems to remain that way no matter the hard work I've put in everyday since, but like you said, Picasso took 30 years to create a master piece in 30 seconds (so who knows maybe every that has happen is grooming me for that moment). ive had smear campaigns from people around me for years and have not understood why, now I needed to block family members and staying more by myself but I do feel better when I am a bit around people but I live in my hometown and I do think Im around the wrong people but still I wanna go do stuff, I need to do things. I often leave my home town when I do not have my daughter those free days I have, Ive always talked to much, working on not talking so much, I do think people around me do not understand me, cause now I talk so little to everyone around me.

I've had a whirlwind of emotions this week, so I needed to hear this. I have this high expectation of myself and focused on the negative - the person I haven't become yet instead of focusing on the growth I've made up to this pivotal point in my life. I'm working with a coach currently to develop my intuition so I can trust it more. Be, Do and Have makes sense. I can admit I've been doing things in reverse. Trying to obtain money, pushing for those gains to get that body instead of appreciating the great physique I already have from a clean diet, and appreciating the life I have. I'm still alive. I have to take it back to gratitude. One of my goals is to be 100% unapologetically myself and love myself unconditionally to give my best self to the world. I'm putting in work every single day to connect with myself, my highest self and it's worth spending my entire life to get to that place. I received this and appreciate your wisdom brother
