when i google "the problems of Buccaneer Caravans" there lots of complaints like leaking, trim quality etc...Whats the situation for you after 3-4 years?

Wandahome is our nearest dealer, but wasn't impressed when we went to buy a caravan. Just bought a new caravan from another dealer and they are poor too. Dont know how they stay in business.

I fill mine at Morrison's as they are working in partnership with Safefill and have approved the use and refilling of Safefill branded gas cylinder bottles. If I use any other station I go into the kiosk first and have a polite word with the staff, and explain and show evidence that Safefill bottles are safe and purposely designed to be filled up with LPG, and that they have a safety shut off so you can only fill them up to 80% full, 9 times out of 10 that is suffice and sometimes a member of staff will even come out and help assist and fill it for you.

You need a good knowledge of electrical systems especially if you have a hymer.

Leave it in the caravan get a remote fill then just fill in the caravan. Or like I have fit it to the car to come into spare wheel well, hide pipe away when not needed route into the boot attach to the bottle (secured in the boot) and just fill up. So far filled twice both at Shell 😂😂😂

Is it legal for that mini to tow a twin axle caravan, I thought the car should weigh more then the caravan???? Can someone answer this please????

Morrisons turned me away just now with a calor lite bottle so i have to buy a safe fill bottle now

Nice vlog 👍🏻, if I was you I would get myself a handwheel pigtail for your Safefill as you can over tighten the normal pigtails and damage the little "plug valve" in the filling spout and even more you could apply to much force and actually crack the bottle where the brass tap is fitted into the fiberglass.

the price says it all get a extension pipe from the bottle to the pump pull the van up to the pump plug the extension in fill up job done, get the locks from Towsure they sell them in twos one on the locker, one on the inside or outside of the van door sine a torch on it you see how much is in the bottle

Love it other than that they have refurbished the toilets with white ceilings that are like a mirror...ie when you look up you can see the shower or toilet next to you and they can see you ......not good planning
