    12:43 Hi tcr, why sucrose is active transported into companion cell? Sucrose concentration in leaf cell is higher than companion cell. Why active transport? Let's say the size of sucrose is too big, so it use carrier protein to diffuse. Shd be facilitated diffusion right? Cuz the sucrose concentration differences between companion cell and leaf cell. Hope tcr can help me in the question.

    hi tchr, can i ask for the observation, is it a must to write the data and value? because my school teacher had told us not to write any data but only the MV and RV. As an example, if the experiment involves thermometer, my tchr told us to just write that there is an increase in thermometer reading, im abit confused as to follow which format now aha

    • @TIRENEENTERPRISE
      @TIRENEENTERPRISE 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For observation, the 3 components are MV, RV and reading/data/value. This is called a SPECIFIC observation. It would be too vague if the reading/data/value is left out.

    A HANDY TEACHING AID FOR TEACHERS & STUDENTS! Here is an innovative method I created to teach students the meaning of HAPLOID and DIPLOID cells. It is a really handy teaching aid that all TEACHERS and STUDENTS can use because the teaching aid are our own pairs of hands! Students will have a LIGHT BULB moment when they use their own models (hands) to figure out the meaning and differences between a haploid cell & diploid cell. EG: (a) A HAPLOID cell contains only ONE set of chromosomes that are all different but a DIPLOID cell contains TWO sets of chromosomes, 1 set from the sperm( father) called the PATERNAL CHROMOSOMES and 1 set from the ovum (MOTHER) called the MATERNAL chromosomes. (b) In a HAPLOID CELL, there is only ONE COPY of each type of chromosome but in a DIPLOID CELL there are 2 COPIES of each type of chromosome, EG two copies of Chromosome number 1, one paternal chromosome and one maternal chromosome. Share, like and subscribe to my channel for more tips on BIOLOGY!

    Many students tend to forget what glycolysis is all about. Here is a good digital flashcard to refresh your memory about: > AEROBIC RESPIRATION > GLYCOLYSIS, which occurs in the cytoplasm > OXIDATION OF PYRUVATE in the mitochondria The advantage of this flashcard is that you can repeat listening to it from time to time to strengthen your memory. You can also make your own flashcard from this Shorts.

  • @TIRENEENTERPRISE
    @TIRENEENTERPRISE 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    This shorts video guides us on how to write an excellent essay answer on the digestion of proteins, for example, in chicken meat. Digestion of proteins is carried out by 3 enzymes, which are, pepsin in the stomach, trypsin in the duodenum and erepsin in the ileum. PEPSIN is secreted in gastric juice from gastric glands in stomach. TRYPSIN is secreted in pancreatic juice from pancreas. EREPSIN is secreted in intestinal juice from ileum. We should state the site, digestive juices and glands to get more marks. We can also write down the word equations for hydrolysis of proteins.

    HI teacher, why the shape of light intensity graph, temperature graph and air movement are difference? However three of them are the graph that y increase, x increase graph. Can i draw the graph of three of them that are same with the light intensity graph

    • @TIRENEENTERPRISE
      @TIRENEENTERPRISE 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi ...the shape of the graphs for light intensity and wind speed are quite similar, but that of temperature curves up in a different way. So stick to the basic shapes of the graph as shown in the video and textbook.. However, drawing of the graph has NOT been asked in the exams. The more common exam questions relate to 3 things : 1) the RELATIONSHIP between the factors and rate of transpiration at different parts of the graph, including the limiting factors. 2) You must also be able to explain HOW the factors affect the rate of transpiration 3) Be able to APPLY the concepts in a given situation, for HOTS questions EG why a gardener removes a few leaves of cuttings before planting them in the soil --> to reduce rate of transpiration ( through leaves) So just read, understand and memorise the notes in the video.....those are the important points.

    hi teacher, i did the energy value experiment for amali today, and for the final temperature of water, i got over 100 degree C.. is it possible?

    • @TIRENEENTERPRISE
      @TIRENEENTERPRISE 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Usually, for the energy value experiment, the final highest temperature is below 100 degrees Celsius, in the range of 30 plus to 80 plus. One reason for your high final temperature of water is that the mass of your sample may be too large. For GROUNDNUTS🥜, we usually use a sample with mass around 0.6 to 1 gram to ensure the temperature rise is within the normal range. Secondly, the mass of the sample depends on what type of food is burnt...EG if burning bread with low energy value, you may need a slightly bigger mass. Thirdly, the water in the boiling tube should not boil as this affects the accuracy of the results. That said, the results of this experiment may depend on other factors not mentioned here.

    For the answer for 26:51, can it be calcium?

      For photo D, the deficiency (as analysed by the botanist who took this picture) is zinc deficiency. For calcium deficiency, the leaves are usually distorted or curl inwards, whereas in the photo, the leaves are not distorted. So it is NOT likely to be calcium deficiency.
