Visiting Amman in Jordan for a few days, we encountered a lot of cats and had some delicious vegan food. We visited the vegan restaurant Bayt Sara where cats come and go.

Today we're heading to Wadi Rum where we'll stay overnight in the Rainbow Camp. In the afternoon we scramble up the highest peak of Jordan, Um Ad Dami (1800m). This is part of a trip organized by Much Better Adventures, check the playlist if you want to see what the other days were like.

Today we're hiking to the Petra treasury, as seen in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Transformers, Mortal Kombat 2... and other classics of the silver screen. We hiked for about 6 hours (actually probably more), 14 km. A friendly doggo walked with us all the way. It was raining, and slippery. But it was a good time. Hope you'll find it interesting.

On day 2 of our Jordan trip, we met up with our fellow adventurers who joined this MuchBetterAdventures trip, and set out to hike the circular Shaq Al Reesh trail, energized by some snacks and a warm meal cooked on the spot, as a scorpion looked on. In the evening we rested our tired legs in a fancy Bedouin camp for an interesting 'glamping' experience.
