I'm a 21 year old girl from The Netherlands.
Ever since I was young, I have been dealing with anxieties and depression.
I wanted to make this vlog channel, because I hope to reach out to other people with these problems and maybe help, inspire them to just keep going. Try new things and see that even though you feel like fear can have you in its power, you can fight it off. It won't be easy, but it's not impossible. Everything is possible. Keep the faith :3
Also, I made it for myself, so I can see where I was a couple of years from now. I'm really bad at keeping a diary (I'm sure we can all relate to that, haha) and thought this might be the right solution. ^^
AS I WARN YOU IN MY BANNER. No make-up faces coming up. This is as real as it gets. The real me.

So the files got lost during transfering them to my new computer. So yeah.. that happened. ALSO. Expect some footage from the children's farm tomorrow or.. the days after. It was a lot of fun. :3

So... this is pretty random, but basically, because I'm learning to go outside more, I'm driving around town with the car. I've had a time in wish I couldn't even sit in the car, so I'm happy with this. ^^ This was usually not how I was in the car. You have to see that I take medicine and I have learned techniques, got treatment, to reach this point in which I can joke around in the car again. ...
