I grew up in a family of contractors, so everything I know is what I learned from my father and brothers. My father was a mason, my brothers were electricians, carpenters, and electronic technicians. My videos are how I do it, not necessarily how to do it. I am in the construction field for over 45 years. I am Federally trained and certified under strict Osha requirements in Industrial electric, asbestos removal, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC controls, power industrial equipment, analytical troubleshooting and home inspections. I’m also an artist & musician.
Tips on mounting a TV monitor on a wall
There are many ways to install a TV bracket. It’s very important to mount it on something structurally sound as a stud or a plywood. This video gives you different tips on how to find a stud in a wall. Please do not rely on anchors to support heavy weight on a sheet rock wall. Good luck and thanks for watching.

How to troubleshoot a dishwasher that won’t drain

This is a Bosch dishwasher. Some things I mention in this video will not apply to some other models. Newer models do not have the same type of float. Some models have different types of covers over the propeller, some models float mechanism will not activate Manually. Good luck and work safely!
Troubleshooting electrical issues before replacing parts

A voltage detector is useful, but it is limited to its usage. Use a volt meter for accurate voltage readings. Work safely! If you’re not comfortable working with electric, please hire a professional.

Thank you so much. I can’t believe how much you just helped me. God bless you.
Correction: its a Kohler toilet, not American Standard.
Are you ok replacing with something as long as its the right voltage and number of wires? There is no way that identical brand/model number are still available for the one that I need to replace.
that’s actually very helpful to know as a homeowner thank you!
Ive been thinking it was ghosts
Glad to be of help.
You not only fixed my sticking brake pedal but fixed the brakes , too. That 1996 ezgo freedom runs like it's new.
Thank you 😘
But it's not that easy. How much force does it take?
Tip #1 Stop mounting them high. Your neck will thank you!!!!! Ideally you want your television at eye level. You're not in a sports bar.
There’s a reason why the contractor set the hook up that high, furniture goes underneath it and the bed is 15 feet away. It depends on the distance from where you’re watching.
Actually the older ones never broke...the new one did...lol
This video is not showing how to take that piece off. It just verbally explains how to do it. I have tried so many times to do what it says, but no luck. That thing just won’t turn the opposite direction to match the arrow. I’m scared to break it off. Sad.
In my Hyundai Veracruz 2011 rattle noise in doors and dashboard. How do I fix it sir. Plz do help
So you have a single pole heater. If you check the thermostat did it have 2 or 4 wires to it?
We woke up to an electric burning smell in the house. Fortunately there was no fire. All ice had melted. We immediately unplugged the machine. Now what?
Would have been nice to see you take it apart.
Does it go away or does the smell go away
Crescent will work to
Thanks. The bypass is gaining popularity. I'm down to replacing the pig tails and replacing the pressure switch.
Going through this now in 30 degrees. Thanks for the advice!!!
If you have more than 5 inches of suspension travel drop these jacks won’t work for you. The jack stroke is only 5 inches.
i have old asrock h61m hvs and it says it can run 1600mhz i changed 8g to 16 gb and now my pc turns off and turns onn by itself will new battery help?
Thanks bro Merry Christmas to you and Happy Mew Year u saved me @ least $500 on my electric bill
You can use just about any small tool to push up from underneath the shelf, but you have to find the right cavity to push up in. It’s not a light push, you gotta give it some muscle, but if you’re in the right spot, it will give. I feel so much better opening up my refrigerator doors, and not seeing that ring of spilt sauces!
Trouble shoot a light switch? Just fucking replace it if it’s bad.
If you payed attention, it’s to figure out if it’s bad before replacing. 🤦♂️
You need a double pole 120 breaker for this sytem to work at 240 and put out more heat. Then if you got another on same line you need to extend it out for the other heater to break at 240. Alot of apartments got these rated 240 and only getting half the bang of 120 because wiring is not extended proper.
Lemon juice in hot water provides soothing vapor relief for stuffy congestion.
I saw a video that instructs you to remove the entire shelf "after" unlocking the shelf from underneath; which i couldn't do because I don't have big strong man fingers! This is so much easier...Thank You
Good video 👍
Thanks 👍 be safe!
Also check that the neutral wires are connected properly inside the electrical box.
Please make sure your golf cart is in neutral while testing so you don’t accidentally engage the transmission .
I literally returned it 😂😂😂😂🤦🏿
The sound you hear while I’m speaking is a water pump near by. It is not the sound of the heating element inside the condenser.😊
Yes, oil filters have an 18-20 ft lbs torque specs. Check your manufacturer manual or hand tighten plus a quarter turn.
It's on the cap. 25 Nm.
How’s it holding up
I haven’t seen any leaks so far 🤞
Best video and quickest!!! Thanks
The problem is your car so you cannot blame who made this product for your car. You simply need to find the right tool for the job at hand. Just because it says on the box that it is made for cars, doesn't mean it will work for every car because there's different heights and suspension etc.
The connector sometimes gets stuck behind the oven. Twisting the wire, you are shortening the distance between the sensor and the connector. This helps to unhook the connector to whatever was holding it back.
Can you list the order of the gaskets and washer in that pump. Not sure what goes first.
How do I open the sensor to change the battery?
What happens if the door malfunctions?
🌟Thank you for this video🌟. I purchased this Eemax in May 2021 and the screen just broke in Nov 2024. We were told to call Eemax directly to troubleshoot by the place that sold it to us because it was obvious they didn’t want to deal with it. Eemax has terrible customer service by the way. They wanted us to take the thing apart in a way that is beyond our skill level. We will be purchasing another brand this time and never anything Eemax again. I did not notice any increase or extension of hot water when showering. The only reason I will be replacing it with another brand is that I like having digital controls to the hot water heater: vacation mode, etc.
Sorry to hear that, I’m not promoting this brand, I was just sharing what I did. It eventually failed on me and I removed it. I’m probably gonna invest in a tankless water heater in the future. Thanks for sharing.
@ I was just leaving the comment in the hopes to help someone who might be considering this. I bought another brand this time so hopefully it lasts a little longer 🤞🏻. Best to you 😊
I like that..pretty cool . thank you for showing that method. I do have a question is there a way to keep the oil from just dripping all over the frame and on different parts?
would you need alligator clips/clamps for the multimeter?
You don’t need but it would be very helpful if you’re working alone
I’m a 26 year-old electrician and baseboard heaters are kind of a thing of the past. I totally appreciate you helping out younger folks like me and teaching us simple tricks like this. That makes us better at what we do.
How do I turn off an old Square D Company thermostat with the spin dials? There’s only a “60° and 90°” indicator.
You could start my golf cart daddy 😘
What tool would you recommend to use to test this? Thanks!

I wouldn't ever mess with the wiring in a 110 VAC appliance that I'm going to cover myself with and trustingly fall asleep under. Doing continuity testing as a diagnostic is one thing; actually restoring lack of continuity is something else entirely. It's better and safer to pitch the damn thing if it's broken and buy a new one. This is a perfect example of, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!" Of course, that's my opinion only - but I kind of like being alive.
I have an asus h110m-d everytime I plugged a ram stick, boot loops. But when there's no ram it stays on, but of course no diplay since there's no ram
Thanks
