So I cut a manifold today for my 066 on the cnc. I did what you did with the heat it up and press it on trick. Worked like a champ! Thanks for posting this video man. I would of ended up with grub screws like everyone else. Going to link this video in my videos description when post my video in a little bit! thanks again for the reply!
