I just watched this and though, damn.. this is mind bogglingly fast. I could never compete. Then, I found out I watched it at 1.5x speed, turned it to 1.0 and realized, I still could never keep up. Great video, looks like a lot of fun.

Well that was a heart in the mouth moment! Getting deliberately run off the track into the grass and narrowly missing the starting lights and the lady doing the lap scoring was just on the dangerous side, and quite frankly some psychotic really mean racing! Maybe the driver of the i47 kart should spend less time trying to run your opposition off the track in desperation and try to set your kart up so it doesn't bog down off the corner. You weren't just a second a lap off the pace you were a losing a second a corner and 6 to 7 seconds a lap slower than the guys you're trying to race against. I'm not one to gripe on contact, but I would like to use this video as an example of how not to race a Grass Kart. Scott Glenn, kart i51.

Gidday Nigel, you've come back from Nationals sharp as a tack and ended up tripping over the local drivers as they've run out of talent. I know this probably really frustrating but to anyone who is watching this video, it's a really good example of what happens when you attend the National Grass kart Champs! You come back with a totally different level race craft and speed !!! Great video Nigel way better with the camera on the top of the helmet. Cheers Scotty.
