My son ate his lunch at a fast food place located in a very well situated mall. By 2pm, he started to feel sick so he went home where he got worse. By 7:30pm, we took him to the emergencies to a prominent hospital where he continued to throw up till vile was coming out. If he drank water he throw up, if he didnt he threw up. We was looked after at 1:30am!!! When the Dr examined him, he was totally dehydrated and very ill already having convulsions, so he was put in observation and treated. No amount of pleading worked and nurses were totally unconcerned and uncaring. I avoid going there if i can. So, i understand what this doctor is talking about. This happened in toronto.

That's at full retail cost for individuals, a government agency would be able to work out a bulk deal that would be a lot less.
