One tip i would give is to make the piano stand out more visually and maybe give it a cool backstory to make it into a character almost. People ignore it because they think its a regular non interactable world prop, not because they arent interested in music. You could have it be like an enchanted spirit piano that legends say appears in peaceful nights and looks like something from Ori: Will of the wisps. Maybe have like these lil Kodama guys from Princess Mononoke or something fade in onto the keys with fun animations ocassionally when they get pressed to make it seem like they are playing it while invisible. Make the visuals as beautiful as the music
