Good evening Sir. May I point out a specific thing? For example at 0:39 you do three straight punches with your right hand. Once done you do a punch with your left. In between your right hand falls down all the way behind your back. Then the right does a punch and falls again down to your hip level. I noticed that theme a couple of times in your show case. In my mind both hands (and the whole body in that sense) should always do something useful. Every split second where they are not useful is a problem. Therefore I recommend getting a guarding position, do the punch and go straight back to the guarding position. Dropping the hands is more exausting because you have to raise them again. It costs more time, it leaves you open for counter punches and it gives the opponent more information to read on. You may always ask yourself "could my hand be doing something more useful instead?" And if its dangeling on hip level, the answer is yes. Best of luck doing your stuff. Thats probably one of the better ways to spend ones time. Best regards
