    1:43 but why? I'm blind myself, and have no idea why I'd ever need to kmow one of my peers has raised their hands. Any thoughts? The rest of this video is perfect.

      It is very important to be aware of your surrounding be it your classrooms or home, if you will know who exactly is speaking you may pay more attention and get the chance to know their personality their thought process, it is also important because later you may find some confusion to their explanation and could clear it with them later, also knowing that who is raising hand you will get to know to whom you have to compete for academics, or to define your classmates characteristic which could help you in the identification of other people. If this answer satisfies you let me know if not then also respond.

      @@Prity_yaappa I don't see how clapping tells me any more about who they are

    • @Prity_yaappa
      @Prity_yaappa ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JosephSeabourne in a sighted class room if a child raises hand every other student look towards them and start paying attention to that child, so clapping is similar to that to grab others attention... Simply you will be aware from which corner of the classroom the child is speaking, also that other students will wait for their turn to ask questions if they hear someone clapping who wants to ask something.
