I was there. I also filmed but lost the footage. I fainted twice at the concert which was July 4th and also my birthday. I never fainted before or after that day. I smoked shitty weed rolled in paper from a small bible someone gave me in nyc. The concert was free.
Seeing someone share a piece of his soul on stage brings tears to my eyes. This song is the fucking truth.
@Biverix (in the audience, I mean)
They guy in the middle rocking out is my favourite.
you can pre-order the documentary on dvd. includes this song and gentlemen's pact plus others,
such a great song! I saw bright eyes play this song, for the first time in 2007. conor dedicated it to hendrix.
the microphone is bowing.
One of my favorite songs ever. Does anyone know where I can find the documentary this song was written for? It's no longer up on the original site and I would love to view it again, thanks for posting.
i can't believe they played that... i was like 0_o
yeah on my page
Great Show! excellent band
he's smashed
There is something better
This is insanely good !!!
Fuck yeah kevin devine. Fuck yeah.
acoustic version all the way! feels more honest...but the keyboard part after the chorus WAS pretty cool
yall are crazy, this is much better than the acoustic version.
i was there :) it was one my favorite concert
anyone know what guitar conor has?
Acoustic version is way better
im starting to think the same thing
na ..it sounds great..they just need more time perfectin it.. soon enough it will be as good a cape canareval has become since it was released
I think this was made just to advertise their documentary called One of My Kind, I kind of wish it would of been on the record though, well the acoustic version of it
i was there. that show was fucking amazin thanks for postin
That would be pretty cool but sometimes it's the arrangements that make the songs what they are.
Never heard this song before. A b-side?
OMG she is amazingly beautiful! I love you Kimya!
every song conor ever wrote should be performed by him alone.
I love this song. I was so happy they played it. Such a fantastic show. Thanks for posting!
this song is so good. the acoustic version on the documentary is particularly moving. great vid. great show.
thanks. i have a Canon PowerShot SD790 IS. its 10 mpx
great quality, what camera do you have?
Thanks for posting this video. What a great 4th of July that was.
awesome video!
I love their little handshakes and handslaps! I saw that a few weeks ago with my friend when they were in Utah. It's hilarious! I'm so glad you got 1 of those on video!:) I'm going to try & record that if I see them doing 1 of those again!
Oh wow, I saw their little handshake a few weeks ago. I heard that they performed it at a show, and I'm so glad you caught it on video. Thanks!
Conor closed with this song Sunday night (November 9th)@ Terminal 5 in NYC
when did they play this!?
