@@GradedPeanut It is the overseas KMS team, JMS has not made content in years. There is no more origin server for this type of content.

@@GradedPeanut For today, it is basically random who gets what first, unless it is content that was made from that region's development team. Kanna and Hayato have not been truly JMS content since 2018/2019, that is about when the KMS overseas team took over development (which is a completely different team to the main KMS development). This can always change in the future and region classes go back to being made from specific region development teams, but this is why we hear MapleSEA announce a Kanna change first (which maybe castle and non-kms skill changes are in our nighttroupe patch).
