An inadvertent additional day since Siouxsie's set was pulled on Saturday night due to a severe weather alert issued by the Pasadena Fire Department. Gary Numan returned for a second set, Iggy Pop was able to finish his set before Siouxsie made her first Stateside appearance in fifteen year with an extended set.

A small sampling of this year's Cruel World Festival on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Inclement weather interrupted sets by the Human League and Iggy Pop and also cancelled the headliner, Siouxsie Sioux, who rescheduled for the next evening.

My best moment was Bauhaus playing Sunday during the blood moon.
THIS was a freaking amazing day! Blazing hot AF. Most of the bands were killing it! My first time to anything like this since I was younger. People overall pretty cool. Dumbass Morrissey made them serve all meatless food. WTF? Glad we brought in our own!
