Hey I'm a little late to this video (it was a recommendation). Thanks for making this & sharing! I'm an auntie. I'm not having kids, but watching this and other videos gives me an inside scoop-how can I support my friends and family members that are mommies? What would they want in a care package? How can I support a laboring mom in the delivery room if I'm invited in that sacred space? Mom's self care is really important to me, and I want to make sure they feel cared for and supported. Those sorts of things. I don't know what it's like, so I'm literally taking notes as aunt. This is the closest way of being there without experiencing it. Thanks for sharing this part of your life with us. And I've been seeing angel number 444 a lot lately, and saw that the number of subscribers you have is 444. For some reason I feel like the spiritual guides led me to this video. ❤

Best way to explain how it feels for a woman at the pushing stage to blokes is to say to them think of the biggest shit you have ever tried to pass whilst constipated and times that by a million and you are some where near and they might just get it 😂 Just keeping it real 😂

You should have been on all fours. We are not meant to give birth on our backs because that's going on against gravity instead of working with it.
