I will admit the bison is very different. Yes it is a little heavier, but for some people they may like a heavier feeling glove. The Bison does however make the glove feel a lot more genuine and like a solid glove.

@@Heidethrowz The secret is bodyweight, not even more muscle per se. I don't know of anyone who managed to significantly increase their velo in a short time period without also adding some weight to their frame.

@@r0nchmeister right. I'm already 210. maybe adding some more weight wouldn't hurt.

@@Heidethrowz yah I think it's more about your weight relative to your height that matters, not weight in absolute numbers. so both short and all people benefit from more weight because you're adding torque. torque = radius (your arm length) * force (mass*acceleration) * angle of throw. you can't control the angle you throw at, cuz you have to aim in one direction, or your arm length. but you CAN add mass.

@@theryanjones1224 I had footage labeled with the different pitch types just to see my release and look at my delivery to see any differences. I threw it into the video so I could also look back it on later and see my progress.

@@theryanjones1224 what helped me excel was my consistency. I probably should’ve explained that a little better. You are 100% correct. I make these videos to also look back on my journey and see how much progress I’ve made. It helps with my mentality and staying in the present moment. I love making videos that are entertaining to people, but part of the reason I created this channel was to document my journey. I also had a little bit of a non exciting week but I wanted to still make a video out of it😂

@@Heidethrowz I have never tried a mizuno before I got this one, but have tried on a couple in the store, and they are much stiffer. The one I got is like playing with a silicone oven mitt.

No I 100% agree, their quality has dropped. I've noticed many of my buddies talk about the same things. But when you mass produce custom gloves, its hard to ensure the quality of every single glove. Not giving them an excuse, but its the reality. Wilson and Rawlings also deal with the same thing. Eventually, it could become a much wider issue.

I will say, I have a 12” GGE & a 12” A2K and the A2K soooo much bigger next to the GGE

@ very. I have a A2K B23 12” pitcher glove and like a Winter 2024 A2K 1810 12.76” outfield glove and they’re two of my favorites

This was my first Japanese glove. Such a fascinating build and spec pattern.

​@@Heidethrowz oh I know, it's amazing how they design gloves over there. I just got my 15 yr old and a2k d33 for pitching and I must say, it is worth the price. My younger son will need a new pitchers glove soon and I'm torn now on what to get.

Sorry for the late response, I do not know a video off the top of my head you can use to re-lace it yourself but I can direct you to people who can do it for you for an affordable price!

@Aheidemann all good, I took my time and figured it out. In the last 3 weeks I've relaced all 6 of my gloves. 3 Rawlings, 2 Wilsons amd 1 SSK.
