Yeah, it could given me Keqing as well but no, a Qiqi on C2. Also, there are way better tgings they could have given as well, like Jade Spear or Skyward Bow.
Here are some fun facts abt my wishing history: when pulling for nahida i got qiqi in high 80s pity then accedentaly got lyney at 15 pity a few weeks later, my first acc i got diluc on 2 pity and keqing on 17 pity on the standerd banner right away from the start, 3 weeks ago i pulled on the weapon banner for the first time ( single pull ) and got wolves gravestone

Qiqi ruined my life, Then on the banner of Neuvillete I accidentally went to the permanent and I almost cried from the impotence of losing the 50/50 with Keqing (I'm totally poor in protogems now)
