Got this Album 👍 they were smoking something when this was made. Very Austin Powers😂😂😂
Yma Sumac and early Ella right off the bat ! Hope you find a good vinyl copy, eventually on the YC. Early Pearl Bailey, The Who.. Cool !
Good song :)
Do you prefer the new version of the Zombie soundtrack or the original minimal soundtrack. I missed the Billion Dollar Babies green reissue. It is the only Alice Cooper album that I need to add to my collection. Morricone is a good choice. I didn’t pick my choice because of the contributions to music but because of their personality.
@@vinylrichie007 the original has a strong appeal to me for it's sentimentality... that opening title percussion literally... the bass thump is just a finger tapping the mic from what I understand. If I meet Fabio again I will verify that. So much heart and soul for me and a few other guys... Shawn Lewis, Stephen Romano and for layout of our release Alex Ojeda... so much went into locating and restoring elements of that score years ago when it was considered lost for a Zombie/Cannibal Ferox split cd... and it all started with my having done a few odd covers of that title that turned up on an unofficial cd in 95. Alongside my versions rhetoric cd had two cuts from the score lifted off a Japanese press single, an orchestral version from a UK cover comp cassette... I managed to discover that cassette as thr source recently through discogs.... and that odd Cozilla bit the theme originated from (it was an early variation for a tinted Italian language version of the original Godzilla) that is now out on the Frizzi Bixio Tempera Magnetic System LP. That CD was signed by Fulci in 95 and has since been signed by Frizzi. My ridiculous love for the film and the score always brings me back to it. I really do like all the new flourishes though and regret I wasn't able to see them or the Beyond composers cut live. I really need that Beyond composers cut album in my life. I understand he will be making over City of the Living Dead next... bits of City remind me in mood of the latter parts of Pink Floy's Shine on You Crazy Diamond so there's a lot of room for that score to get a fat minor key psychedelic vibe going. Anyway yes... I go with the original but am sure this reboot lp will get a lot of listens too. It makes the experience somehow new again.
Wow ! Old timey radio with Lucille Ball ! Some classic one liners in this show.. I believe they re did this one on " I Love Lucy" later on in the late 50's.. I Think ?
I love Jesus I love Writing I love Documentaries I love Martial Arts I love History I love Anime I love Meditation I love Swing Music I love Lord of the Rings I love Dogs
I love Pizza, Coffee, Dark rides (South of the Border was amazing, I still have a photo of that room we had that wasn't renovated since the 70s!), Haunted Mansion/Horizons, Ha Ha MST3K, Rifftrax and Cinematic Titanic is on our TV nearly every day, remember the late-night movies at St. John's Theater? Starchaser: the Legend of Orin in 3D! Ha ha, Disney's had it's ups and downs so you have to love them for the classic park rides, ambiance in the parks and movies that they did well, YOU turned me on to the exploitation creature features. I already loved Romero, but Fulci, Bava, Argento, Nauchy, "Vincent Dawn" Ha ha, so many amazing crazy films, I'll always miss the trips to New York, New Jersey, Montreal with our film exploits! The Blizzard of '96!, I absolutely LOVE the soundtracks to all of the crazy films and even the progressive art rock not used in movies, Le Orme, Celeste, Goblin (both movies and non-movie), and I LOVE YOUR music. It was fun making the album covers for some of them. You left out Wendy O Williams "Maggots: The Record" lol. NotLD one sheet found in the popcorn machine!!!!, It's tough to lose a fuzzy family member. Family is beyond precious. You never truly know love until you hold your baby and watch them grow up. I'm still amazed every day about my 18 year old "baby." My amazing wife and our four-legged pup! Even though we've been apart for so many years, I still remember fondly the time we spent as friends as beautiful young men. NOW, I get to see you in your Weird Spins videos (I was always hoping you'd do this) as we both become old fat guys, ha ha. Keep Circulating the tapes! Those were the days. So happy that they happened, brother Quad G Mojo! -Alexandro
@@Whaaat2008 I keep hoping that the footage of blizzard weekend survives somewhere. My one copy was maliciously destroyed.
@@weirdspins6315 I do have it! I need to get it uploaded somewhere. I'll look into that now that I have StarLink. I have broadband speeds way out here in the middle of nowhere!
Yeah!!!! Love it.
Great record, dont have but have listened👍
One of the best albums ever produced devil's food is one of my favorite songs
J'adore cet album . Alice Cooper est fabuleux .
Excellent Halloween 🎃 song,I'm actually watching Alice Cooper live at Detroit, constrictor tour on DVD!!!!🤘

King Diamond and Gwar too
@@stevenboyce4136 check out Green Jello and Evil Scarecrow
There’s a better updated version without all the sound effects
@@ColeWalker I need that. This sounds like it was just lifted from the complete film. I suspected maybe the master rapes were lost or unavailable. Is it the same label?
@@weirdspins6315 yes, just search for the version that says “Original Soundtrack Recording”, it’s still available various places online. Most of the tracks are from the masters that were found.
@@weirdspins6315 yes, just look for the version that says “Original Soundtrack Recording”
Who else saw Pisces???
4:34 i own this record
Awesome! Thanks for posting! I still have the last one (neon green one)
I had this as a kid. one of my favourite records and perhaps, along with a couple of Famous Five records, is THE reason that i love audiobooks today. I played it probably well into my mid teens. To this day i occasionally have the tune to "ding ding ding, hold very tight now, no hustle on the bus step please..." Really miss that record.
They need to put records and toys back with cereals. ❤😊
YES!
I LOVE these!!!
I clicked LIKE and it still says "0" for some reason. The thumbs icon it black and I even clicked it off and back on. Still 0. Anyway, VERY interesting video, Bruh!
Beautiful!
._.
A great and very interesting collection of 78s. It would be good to hear them.
Yes, perhaps you'll give 'em a spin
Okay, so you shot over a few days, clearly getting better
Oh yes definitely much better I'm off to a clinic now I still have mild cold like symptoms. I want to get tested and just see if that's just after effect from having been beat up by it, or if still contagious. Hoping it's more of a matter of limping after a fall but being on the mend. I really need to work.
Oh gosh, you look terrible. Get well soon
Got over it entirely now. Good thing needed to be working
Great one! Thank you for posting this. 🖤
Thanks Tim!
Nice! I still have the two CDs you all put out in the 90's...ZOMBIE and the FULCI...great stuff! Need to see ZOMBIE in the theater with live music! I've been on a FULCI rewatch binge! There's no one like Fulci! FULCI LIVES! Great job on the video!
McMasters is from Dangerous Toys. He is legend!! I own 3 of the EU disc.
I love that music at the end there ;) Sounds weirdly familiar.
@@Whaaat2008 🤣
It takes me forever to get through your videos because I have to go off and find the soundtracks and listen to them. Then, I HAVE to spend money I don't have to get them on vinyl! Thanks for the info!
"I've got a date with a dead woman!"
Fun old time radio! I thought they'd all have S. African accents.
Groovy old disk. Just another testament on how long vinyl lasts if taken care of.
I love that Schock soundtrack. Very Goblin-like. I'll need to see this movie now.
@@Whaaat2008 not one of Mario Bava's best by a long ways but it does have one startling and amazing shot. There are two vague remakes, one played in recent years with zero acknowledgement of the original in any ads or credits as The Prodigy the other is by Lamberto and was direct to video as Ghost Son. The Lamberto Bava film is q bit more unsettling and oddly perverse but has some effective moments with hyenas... both replicate the amazing effect Mario pulled off but Ghost Son used cgi ineffectively and I am pretty sure Prodigy was computer enhanced too. For Mario it was just careful cinematography and choreography for one of the greatest jump scares I have ever seen. A shame the rest of the film is peaked by the music and presence of Daria Nicolodi.
Awesome info! Thanks Quad G!
Badass Jam!!... grew up on the first 4 albums. 18, Killer, Billion Dollar Babies, Schools Out...
It's definitely 5 separate albums. I got four double LPs and one single. You should have two more on the way. If not, email them.
@@Allen_784 yes it appears I have a second package en route just found an email from yesterday morning
@@Allen_784 wow. 2 packages arrived today. One album each. One is QUITE an amazing album. There will be a follow up vid just to share this when I can. MONDO never disappoints.
Great review. Although you should definitely have 5 albums. Must be another box on its way hopefully. I have my shipping notice for my box. Just need to wait now.
@@LuvJames78 Thank ypu. Please let me know if you receive a 5lp combo matching less than 5 albums. Their service has been excellent since at least 2015 when i was able to start over.a bit. Im sure well before that. So not gonna fuss about it myself as a freebie... just curious. 😁 Hope you get some good stuff. I'm sure you will...
Ethel Merman Disco....weird and the worst!
@@jeffreysantner3717 wow. That exists... and I thought Yma Sumac's fuzz rock album was strange. My top wtf album would be Spooky Tooth's Ceremony. Love it and have no idea why. It should be incredibly irritating. 🤣
Beautiful record. The melody in the beginning (bar 3 and 4) reminded me of From Zanarkand
I loved that album. With PC33 1/3
I remember back in the 60s many 78s were used as cake plates by moms for bake sales. Nothing upset me more than seeing a record get broken in a movie.
Yes I'm on the fly here and twice spit out wrong names for character creeps Freudstein in House by the Cemetery referred to as Shweik the lead cadaver in The Beyond.
I had this a kid, it was awful. Not sure who it was aimed at, an American audience? Dreadful British stereotypes
I kind of assume it was aimed at an American audience of tourists as a Souvenir. Just a guess. It isn't a US pressing and doesn't even feel official at all though it appears it was somehow licensed to use the character. Definitely fitting here because it is WEIRD.
I have some Roy Acuff country records on 78 that were put out on the Columbia label. They even came in the original sleeves with the “best played with Columbia needles” disclaimer. I also have loads of jazz, folk, and gospel music on 78, inherited from a family friend. Some very rare stuff. In addition to that, I have so much country/Christmas/best of/greatest hits albums that it’s crazy. What have you got in your collection, if you don’t mind me asking?
In 78s it's a mix of swing, 20's and before vaudeville type stuff, a few doo wop.amd rockabilly pieces and a few bop era jazz pieces. Also some kids records. Maybe a half dozen on ten inch the rest little Goldens and voco type picture discs. Oh.... a few comedy pieces including some early generically marked "party" records. In LPs the 3 biggest areas are synth and organ progressive art rock- big emphasis on Italian artists, exploitation and b movie film music and all things Disney. Beyond this would be a decent number of wxtreme and technical metal albums, some bop jazz from mostly saf fran late 50s esrly 60s scene, and a small number of baroque classical works and comedy lps. A LOT of colored vinyl, picture discs and shaped discs throughout. Roughly 1000 cds though not all are official and so many aren't in my discogs... much of that is global metal mostly extreme butany subgenres... black, death, folk, power... not really any pop stuff like hair or glam. There's also one and twos of things like Donovan, mama's and papa's, hendrix, classic AOR type stuff on vinyl and hip hop like Missy Elliot, Dre and Jay Z on cd..CD... I tend to like a lot of things leaning toward busier, more intricate and challenging music or kids records that can be fascinating, fun and unusual.
@@weirdspins6315 Oh, cool! For my CD’s, I have mostly R&B, jazz, WWII era music, soft rock, country, and Ennio Morricone recordings. I also have a whole briefcase of country and rock cassette tapes, and even a few country 8-tracks. On a somewhat unrelated note, I make my own music, and have expressed interest in burning my own music onto CDs. What are your favorite labels? Mine are Columbia/CBS, EMI, Polydor, Decca, Odeon, and Warner Bros. Records.
I had that record as a kid!
What a haul! Great stuff!
I love that you keep your videos clean, bro.
I try
Ha ha, dont be tempted to open a window to clean a record
