Remind me of the last campain, when my satyr druid use the power of a relic of Mailliki to banish an archlich in the Nine Hells, as the rest of the party was surrounding him as he was on the ground he said "I wish I could see the High Forest one last time..." then transform into a three.

"Salazar... why?" She looked at her brother's lifeless form beside her, then up at the Rakshasa who'd been more of a father to her than Malistare had ever been. "Stop fighting, child. This is what I did for your mother, too," he replied. His voice was soft, barely a whisper. He gave Asphodel one final, somber glance, then drove his claws into her chest. Pain shot through her body. Then nothing. No afterlife welcomed her. Her soul had been claimed by Levistus as a child, but she'd betrayed the company. There would be no heaven or hell for her. Only an endless void to fade away into. As she lost herself in the blackness, even as her memories faded, she couldn't escape the sinking feeling that she'd failed. She'd broken her promise, severed her pact, and tried to fight back, all for nothing. And so nothing she would become. Because when the cards hit the table, the house always wins. Man, I miss her. She was my first long-term character, and she did not deserve the hell she went through. 😭

The elderly Paladin who joined the Party because he is the last of his Order and wants one last chance of seeing his Brothers and Sisters again. While the BBEG is slowly turning to ash in the ruins of their stronghold the Paladin falls to his knees and and then falls down completely, his injuries finally taking their toll on his body. The party healer rushes over but he waves their spells away and tells the party that this is for the best, he can finally look his brothers and sisters in the eyes when he meets them in the afterlife.

The clerics typical starry glittering dream like magic begins to degrade in color and temperament, the lights begin streaking, bursting in sparks, growing more unstable and the once slowly drifting and healing stars begin to spiral and condense in mini black orbs that violently crackle, buzz and whine with an angry orange light. "Come visit me sometime, maybe if they let me... I'll join your party again." And with one final painting wave of his staff, the cleric unleashes a cataclysmic spell that was once used to form their world, tamed and soothed to be used to create endless dreams, wonder and play. Now reawakened to complete its cycle. A consuming light flickers blindingly across the world, silencing every sound, extinguishing every light it had once created, until the world dissolves beneath all all their feet, and they all fall through a cloud of code, a string of code threads pierces through every players heart, destroying their bodies and sending their consciousnesses back to the world they thought they had forever been taken away from. Ending scene: 6 years later, you and your party finally find the elusive wandering cleric. For once he is at one of his many huts. He turns around, his dark feathers have lightened, they are more frayed than what you remembered. His dark glazed eyes lands on each of you and an old and familiar wily glitter in his eyes begins to awaken from within. He smiles and greets you all, "It's been a long time. How long has it been? Are you ready for another adventure?"

This track would be perfect for the end of our passage "The Curse of Strahd", where my oathbreaker paladin decided to do something good in his life and sacrificed himself in order to weaken Strahd and give his comrades a head start in the battle with him. The scene described by my comrades was quite tragic: our grunge warrior, who did not understand art, painted a portrait of my character as best he could (later I found out that the master had deliberately set the verification difficulty low), a magician who denied hard work, dug a grave on the shore with his own hands and a shovel and they buried me there. It was very touching...

I created a Thief character focused on dexterity and charisma as a child. Every campaign I play I play with him as my character. Stories change, origins, etc., but it's always him. My friends are used to it and it has even become a meme among us. Although he is different in every campaign, two things never change: His charismatic personality and he always survives, sometimes he is the only one but it is always him. Now I play a campaign where I don't know if he will survive and if he dies I don't know how I will react as a player

The ending of one journey, is often the beginning of another.

Reminds me of the final battle of my last campaign where I was just a player an adventurer like others but unlike those cool guys and gals I were just a mere human warrior. We fought daemonic lord that possessed overwhelming power to destroy villages by simple snap of his fingers. Yet our gods gave us armour and weapons to stand against him, my party members were knocked down and I had just three hit points left. I took other's weapons and used it against the demon and somehow dropped two 20s in a row and 19 to hit him and dealt maximum damage, casting this abomination down once and forever, but there were one issue, I were a mere human and such power were too much for my body. When the demon disappeared my party members painfully stood up, seeing me droppin their weapons one by another and falling to my knees. My character did not seen anything anymore he just heard that someone is near enough to hear him and he hoped that it was his band, no... His friends. He whispered his last words: "Tell my mom that I've become hero like the one in fairytales she readed me when i was a kid" then stopped breathing and started slowly turning into light particles

Nice. Doesn’t go too hard. I like travel music being a little upbeat without being too busy. Violin was a little sharp in my ears at times but other than that not bad. Are you mixing these after the fact or just using an AI program to create them and straight upload? Can’t say I’m too familiar with the available tools or what they are capable of so I’m curious.

This makes me think of what might be a Pixar movie scene where a parent is thinking about their grown children. Flashing back to little moments of their childhood.
