    9:27 Being that court proceedings have transcripts; being online, I would have liked expanding on non recording restrictions. It is best to have a voice recording of the transaction for documentation that we can refer back to afterwards. (Edit) Confidentiality? It is the parties involved getting the information. Unless it is referred to others.

    Hi, thanks for the video! How can we send people straight from the waiting room to a breakout room?

    • @SusanGuthrieMMMP
      @SusanGuthrieMMMP 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question! You would either have to pre-assign them to breakout rooms or you will have to let them in to the main meeting and then assign them to breakout rooms individually or in related groups. Think of it as if pre-assigning creates a hallway to the separate rooms that bypasses the main conference room. If you do not do that, then you need to go through the main room to access the hallway to the breakout rooms.

      @@SusanGuthrieMMMP Thank you so much for the swift reply! So you are saying that we should let them in first in order to send them into a breakout group?

    • @SusanGuthrieMMMP
      @SusanGuthrieMMMP 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HiddenGemi Yes, I let them in in groups, such as plaintiff and their counsel first, say hello and then assign them, then take the next group and so on.

    Hi Susan, this is a great training, thank you! Once we are done with the breakout rooms, is there a way to have the attendees exit the meeting without joining the main meeting room? In a confidential (or contentious) situation where we don't want attendees to know who else is there, how can we "end" the breakout rooms and enabling those within to exit without ending the whole meeting?

    • @SusanGuthrieMMMP
      @SusanGuthrieMMMP 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sharon, you can advise them to use the "Leave Meeting" button instead of the "Leave Room" button on their Breakout Room toolbar.
