As the summer rainy season began, I climbed a nearby mountain in Seoul, Korea and took a walk while looking at the valley and trees with heavy rain falling.
Because it was summer, the trees were dark green and beautiful, and the walking path was so well-maintained that it was easy to walk.
Walking on a rainy path with no one around makes me feel at ease and cool. If you walk around like this when you're stressed, your distracting thoughts will disappear and the stress will be relieved.
Korea is an environmentally friendly place to live with four distinct seasons. I am grateful that there is a green walking path like this in the metropolitan city of Seoul.
