Took me a while to get around to doing this one. The timings on this are super tight, and the sniping section in the middle is pretty tricky, but this is the first real run I'm proud of. Also, you can phase through the floor.

I think the max should be 6:10 (taking out the magnifying glasses and going full luck with perfect live rounds placement)
yes this is my theory too. never use anything but knife and maybe handcuffs if it lets you shoot him into critical HP and then go for kill. never getting a blank and always landing a 2x dmg knife shot is probably optimal but it increases the RNG massively
@honkman5542 the dealer would also have to get optimal items, like never get cigs since he would spend time of the run, and have beers to trick his rng into taking luck shots at himself. In round 2 for example he could knock him in 3 rounds, getting a sawed off shot, then the dealer shooting himself, and then shooting him again. The same for phase 3, not allowing him to get chains or cigs, where you'd land 2 sawed off shots and he'd then shoot himself, then winning the game.
Maximum theoretical time is around 6 minutes I guess, but that requires godly amount of luck
@@danielmiller3781 just saw a TAS assisted speedrun, he (edio0142) did 5:34, but the guy sawed off at the end when he didn't need to, so I think the real maximum perfect speedrun is 5:30
