HPD's story is that Frank tried to run them over with his car. That is his black Altima parked perfectly in the video. Frank is also being charged with assault to an officer. Officer "Freetag" is a punk with a badge, I know because I have dealt with him recently. Thankfully Texas Rangers have taken over the investigation and did let HPD cover it up.
