Why are your abilities set to quick cast with hint (or whatever that setting is called)? It changes your abilities to trigger on key release instead of key press, costing you at least 20ms every time.

Less skilled but I think Rod of Ages into Seraphs into Healing items that provides hp like Moonstone and Redemption is better to not get oneshoted and still do a ton of healing utility and even damage, since Sona ap been buffed Roa is more valuable. Must be rushed and its 2600

So Helia First Item. Ardent or Flowing Water Depend on Our Team Comp for Second's. Then how you choose between Moonstone, Goddess and Dawncore for 3rd and 4th? Moonstone buffs heal and chains. Goddess gives you Mana and Survivability, and Dawncore seems Very strong, especially if you dont go Goddess, and all 3 prior items have mana regen.

yeah every adc thinks that you should play only Naut/Rell/Alistar as a support very often when i hover Senna/Sona my adc starts crying and asking me to pick ENGAGE TANKY SUPP PLEASE!! like fuck off dude i wanna play my champ and not that boring shit champs like naut/rell i wish they would add an option to disable pre-game lobby chat also
