I started my journey in GC ASMR shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic started
As a nurse, I was burnt out and experiencing high stress and anxiety given the circumstances at hand
I found myself watching GC ASMR before I went to bed, it helped me get my mind off the stress of the day and helped me relax
As I continued to watch videos I became more and more curious about how the chalk felt and ended up purchasing my own small collection to crush on my own. I would record videos with my phone propped up on a desk and found I enjoyed re-watching the videos as the audio sounded clearer and picked up on more than what I could hear to the naked ear.
I decided to start posting my videos with the hopes that they could maybe provide the same stress relief and relaxation that others have provided me.
