I have a smallrig cage and while i have my manfroto tripod shoe i cant acces battery or card slots Its supper annoing that i have to take camera out of cage everytime to acces card to transfer files on computer

A really nice choice if I had the TV to haul the weight. We decided on the 19CSK for the lighter weight that my Jeep can handle. It is the heaviest of the single axle units having the same 2 ft slideout. I like the space it provides in the smaller units.

Did you notice that original magnetic mount does not work good with Smallrig?

I'm pretty sure if you open up the battery access door at the same time as the rear door you don't even have to remove the rubber ring as it will give you enough room to install the camera into the case

Great video! I love the quick mount on the DJI's - but being someone who puts it on a motorcycle helmet and rides fast, should I be worried about the mount failing? I just bought the action 4, so I haven't researched too much yet. Again I love how quick it is to go from my helmet to a tripod mount and back again.

Thanks, very helpful video. I just bought an action 4 & discovered my DJI wireless mic doesn’t fit with the included cage so I’ve been looking for an alternative also with a cold shoe mount 👍

Best one is Ulanzi. I have Ulanzi Cage. And not any problem plus most cheap...

Can the dji mic receiver be attached to the cold shoe? Then just run a cable to the usb c ?

Buy 2 products, use them, make a TH-cam video reviewing them -- then return one when done with it 👍

No the rubber rim is not for protection. It is for grip. And good luck replacing them when you do need it for grip during temperature changes.

If you made a better choice of adapter it could work. You can buy all variations beyond the syrraightone you got. There are right angle ones, etc.

I received my Smallrig cage today. I just wish it were a little lighter in weight. Had one on my AO1 & ended up buying a lighter weight cage for it to use on a gimbal for RV tours. Of course, I can still use that camera, but this little cage is heavy. Thx for your review.

At 14:45 in the video, you are attaching a magnetic base mount, but I see no link to that item. Can you point out the magnetic mount demonstrated which can be used to stick to my vehicle for some side shots?
