    Hi. How to run some specific Autotests from Qase directly? Is it possible at all?

    • @qase_io
      @qase_io ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! You can launch autotests' execution from Qase using integrations with CI/CDs: help.qase.io/en/collections/3893529-ci-cd Reach out to support if you need assistance with it.

    Good morning, I want the test run to be created when I run the tests in cypress, how do I do that? Because without sending the runID in the execution, it is giving an error to publish the results.

    Is it possible to integrate test with cypress cucumber pre-processor module?

    • @sharovatov

      Hey Jay, we don't currently have a way to integrate qase with cypress cucumber module, but we're planning to have it later. If you have time, you can get some inspiration from here: github.com/1ivliev/playwright-cucumber-qaseio - this is our unofficial playwright cucumber module - and build your own. Thanks!

    Is it possible to create test cases and run directly from Cypress? or is it mandatory to have test cases already created on Qase?

    • @qase_io
      @qase_io 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Avtandil! To use Cypress reporter and to report results into Qase test runs you will need to have the test case pre-existing in Qase. That way the results will be associated with the existing test cases.

    apparently, importing from google sheets, or a local excel file will provide 0 test cases upon importing...

    • @qase_io
      @qase_io 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Robert, you cannot take any excel spreadsheet formatted absolutely arbitrarily and expect it to be parsed correctly. Every importing option (Qase, TestRail, Zephyr files, etc.) has a fixed data structure that can be parsed and interpreted into the correct data points in Qase. Spreadsheets that are arbitrarily formatted can have a multitude of possible combinations and data points - it is impossible to account for all possible combinations. To import your spreadsheet, first modify it to match Qase native format (which you can get by exporting your Demo project into CSV). Then you can import your newly edited CSV using "Qase.io" as import option.
