@@Happylights0828 I've only just started grabbing a few cards from COMC, and mostly PC stuff. I do have some coming that I'm gonna see if they're gradeable or not. I know I've seen some other sellers have pretty good success grading stuff they nab on COMC, FWIW.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm not too heartbroken about that. Overall, I tend to not lose a ton selling raw, so the ones I can grade more than make up the difference.

Only one 9 in this order, but yeah, your math is right. $97 per card might sound tough, but it shouldn't be very hard to do. The first four sales have accounted for $686.20, or 24.6% of the total cost already.

Good eye! It's _super_ faint-definitely the type that I wouldn't hesitate to send in, but this grader was definitely hyper attentive to those little things.

Yeah, there are a few players like this that it just feels borderline criminal that their stuff isn't more popular/valuable.

I’ve also debated running auctions to sacrifice margin, but to increase sell time, and possibly overcome the lesser margin with way more volume, therefore having a higher overall profit..

Oh man. I'm so cheap. I literally went to Walmart and bought a pack of these foam things in assorted colors from their craft section. :) Nothing fancy

Thanks for tuning in. I've never cracked and sold raw before, so it didn't cross my mind. I do suspect, thinking about it now, that I may have gotten a little more for it if I listed raw and noted the print line. I know a lot of collector's just don't care about whether the card is graded or not, and to them, maybe a non-gem slab is just less appealing than a raw card that they can display themselves however they want. I've got a bunch of Spurs cards in my PC that wouldn't gem, but I'm super happy to have them raw because they're still gorgeous cards. Probably a lot of other folks like me there.

Hrm...nothing that stood out at least. I can double check when they come back.

I don't remember the exact date, but not long. I know a lot of folks are getting stuck in Assembly for a long time, but for me, I seem to get stuck in Order Prep and R&D. Grading has been super fast, and Assembly is typically 5 or 6 days.

You _could_ be right, and that's what I always kind of thought. But I watched a video recently (wish I could remember on what channel) where they successfully got a numbered card to bump to a 10. We'll see I guess. :/

I did some homework on the declared card value and I'm going to get a video posted soon going over what to post and how it impacts your order. Typically, I have been going with somewhere between a raw and PSA 10 value personally.

@@everycardastory love your videos! Do you cut all your penny sleeves or do you buy them pre cut on 1 side? I need some of those would make my life so much easier lol

@@Happylights0828 I've cut them myself in the past, but bought a full case of pre-cut from Cardboard Gold. I've had mixed feelings. The cut is super inconsistent so some are so deep that the corner of the card sticks out. I'll probably still buy another case when these run out because I'm lazy and the pre-cut is really nice, but I'm hoping they get a bit more consistent.
