I don' t understand.. why build aa house like that up on a hill with no trees at all? do you want all the neighbors staring at you?? Is this new construction? It looks like it's straight of 2010.. Another thing I don't understand, you spend that kind of time and money just have the same house everyone else has? It's a nice house and good quality but nothing unique really, looks just like every other similar style house

Do you guys typically use OSB and not zip board?
We have typically used OSB and wrapped it in Tyvek. We are starting to try Zip board on a couple projects to compare results - and if the price point is worth it!
@@robisonhomebuilders thanks for taking the time to reply. Your builds are obviously next level so I was a bit surprised to see OSB and Tyvek for such a project. I would think ZIP would be an easy decision for your clients (assuming these are not spec homes and knowing these homes take a high net worth client) with the known benefits of superior air and water tightness in comparison to OSB. Thanks for taking time to make this channel. I'm amazed with the details on the finish work that go into these homes

We did a similar booth style dinning area for a client 7 or 8 years ago and every time I see them they talk about how much they still love it. Quality of work is always hard to judge from a video but it looks good from my couch😂

Fair enough! We think this is way above the average kitchen haha
The round booth table will be a fail and will need a rectangle or 2 put in later. Only 3 people will be able sit at the huge eye sore. Also a lot of wasted space through out. You did great work for what it is but I would call this a high class white trash design.

You're gonna regret having Stone, which stays cold, pushed up against wood. Especially on a surface that gets wet.
