I'm now so old. The 190 was Thornton Heath High Street (Zion Place stand) to Coulsdon, the Tudor Rose pub, when I was a boy.

It still seems odd to see buses turning right across Crystal Palace Parade rather than going up to the Anerley Hill/Church Rd/Westow Hill junction to go round the roundabout!

34:29 you pass the road I grew up on (Norwood Avenue) from 1978 to 1997. Back then the 87 and 175 serviced Rush Green Road. Great memories! Thank you.

I remember when this was Routemaster operated running from Marylebone to Catford Garage via Oxford Street. How this route has changed!

I used to go from the Caravan Harbour, to Oxford Street, on the Number 3. In the Summer of the 1980's. Do some of the number 3 busses continue from Victoria to Oxford Street?

Ive known Blackhorse Lane for 60 years, and i still dont know what is on the other side of that grey roller shutter door on the right at 15:10. Dont think ive ever seen it open either in all that time but with all the incredible new development going on- its still there and just as mysterious!

Nice vid. I grew up here so know the area well. Recording quality lets it down a bit, the engine is well muffled by that fan or whatever and the reflection in the window is a shame although you can see what is going on. Makes me want to take a ride on a bus in the upstairs front seat!

A recommendation, if it is possible, put the bus map in the begin of the video for people out of London (like me) to have idea in which part of London you are showing.

Miss the old Routemaster buses shame they have gone

All the people chatting on the bus, remind me of the audience on The Generation Game, calling out after the Conveyor Belt section.

I mean RML 2760 is one of my favourite buses.

RML is one of my favourite buses, as he was kept in his original condition, complete with the old underlined fleetnames of London Transport. We often rode on him on the number 15 route.

There is something very peaceful about watching the world go by from the top of a London bus. For years I'd just get a bus, get off and get on another and ride around London ending up wherever it takes me... often East London to Brixton or Lewisham... Richmond

I travelled on one of those buses in wartime. I called them 'broken-down' buses, because of the outside staircase, but that was great fun
