Welcome to episode 4 of "Queen Questions"!
This week's episode is all about answering the questions: "How can we advocate for county fairs?"
This is a question of HUGE importance, so I knew I couldn't answer it alone. But with the help of former Illinois State Fair Manager, Luke Sailer, I learned so much about fair funding, the IAAF, and more, and was able to bring it to you all!
Through making this video, I stumbled upon the IAAF Advocacy Fund, which funds legal advocacy in Springfield for all 104 of our amazing Illinois county fairs. I wanted to find some way to help, and I was so blessed that FIVE White County businesses were willing to support that! Because of the generosity of Hucks, Cornerstone Coffee, Braelyn Crochets, Kassidy Elizabeth & Co., and the Courtyard, I was able to put together a raffle basket! All ticket sales for the basket will go towards the Advocacy Fund!

- Ticket sales start on Saturday, December 23, 2023 and end on Saturday December 30, 2023 at 12pm!
- A winner will be drawn on Instagram livestream that afternoon ( misswhitecountyfair)
- Tickets are 1 for $2 or 3 for $5
- Cash and paypal (paypal.me/brennarussell05) are accepted
