I wear Hykes Pinnacle and my husband has the Hykes Escapes, best shoes I have owned, my feet are so much stronger affter only a few months, we both also love them for walking.

None of these are sprinting shoes….

they told me i had to get laces so im wearing my air jordan high tops wit arch supports

have a lot of dif belts but generally just run the kore brand.

I am also just a worker I’m not a runner but I do walk and an on feet all day

I’m addition the pain is alongside loser inner foot and ones back up the top towards my front top of foot at the leg

I have severe over pronation I always loved vans an didn’t realize the damage I was doing however I now suffer from pain all throughout bottom of feet especially right which sometimes has no feeling I started out with flat feet which went to large sever bunions and need a good shoe to align my gait and not cause more problems as I also have mild scoliosis please recommend a shoe

Asics Kayano is a poor choice for people with high-arches or supinators. Kayano is meant for pronators or flat footed runners. Legacy Kayano shoes still had a more dense medial post which would push the foot to roll laterally, which high-arch/supinating runners already experience. The Kayano Lite is the Kayano that doesn't feature a traditional medial post.
