Unfortunately, they are now smart locked. And it makes it a lot harder for people to use the elevators when there is events. The elevators will take a minute longer.

Nice motor and startup on this one. I've had a few instances where the buttons on a Schindler MT got sticky, particularly because I pushed them a little too hard. It happened at Monona Terrace, and ironically, they replaced the interior buttons on those elevators with vandal resistant buttons, but not the call ones. But yeah, sometimes I wonder, why do those buttons in particular stick like that to begin with?

I was here in November 2023 I tried to get to the Polaris on Elevator 1 & it was locked & I tried to use a key & it didn't work

Considering the location of this outdoor elevator, the button replacements were pretty necessary considering the old MT buttons do get in bad shape from being out in the sun for a little longer.

That is one of the strangest set ups I have seen. 3 on one side and only 2 of them are glass.

I was just here in May 2024 and i actually didn't see any of the guards. It was my first time here when all 4 of the elevators were working. It was my 2nd time filming at this hotel.

This is not enough elevators for this many floors. Were there any other elevators on another end of the resort.

This thing was very fast for only 2 floors. I've rode it before. I wasn't able to film it unfortunately.
