His behavior seems to be improving at least some in the recent couple of series (14 and 15)

Norman Price is always the one causing trouble yet despite all the punishments he's NEVER EVER learned his lesson. He keeps making mistakes all the darn time. He should be more strictly supervised.

It’s so weird hearing Fireman Sam in the American dub and the crazy part is that Normans voice in said dub actually sounds a lot more tolerable than in the original British sub.

You know what? I now love Fireman Sam again because it's now my childhood show. I watched it when I was a kid. The only seasons that I love about this show are Series 1-5 and Series 6-7 (UK Dub only).
