    I like using a Sewline mechanical pencil to mark my grids, it comes with colored ceramic leads meant to mark up fabric. It’s easy to use, washes out completely and it can be erased with a white eraser(though it doesn’t come out completely that way). Actually I find my grids fade a bit as I’m working from contact. They’re a bit pricey because it’s a Japanese brand, but I believe Dritz and a couple other companies make them as well. Not sure the quality though.

    I find the quality of easy count fabric isn't as nice. I think it's best for full coverage projects.

      That makes sense to me! I haven’t tried it, but it’s not surprising that it’s lower quality

    My poor arthritic hands are so less sore since I started using my rectangular, plastic Nurge hoops. I don’t like using floor stands because I’m always having to move them out of the way when I’m not stitching. I live in a small space.

    • @nerderbers_stitching
      @nerderbers_stitching 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am so glad the Nurge hoops have helped you stitch with less soreness! That is definitely a good point about floor stands taking up a lot of room, especially in a smaller space

      @@nerderbers_stitching by the way, did you think about making a video on taking breaks between colours?
