    Nice driving mate. Good job as very close battle despite the power difference. Must be very frustrating giving up any gains on the straights. SR8 is a beast, but SR3 sweeter in the corners

    Gotta check that 'phone though?? Sadly misplaced priorities when trying, yes, trying to put a hot lap in. Not being funny but with our 'phone checks alone you would/could have shaved 2-3 seconds + from that lap. A real driver, track or road never, NEVER, loses focus on the job in hand. Very sad to see this happening when other cars are on track as it is to see on the road. Why not show a lap with a couple of beers under your belt or whilst reading a book?

      Not checking any phone...I am checking intake air temperature and detonation since the engine was not running well...and I am doing it only when I can...second mistake you are doing is a real racing driver can and is checking numerous things (not that you'd know) and screens (care to talk about modern F1 cars?). And lastly this was an open day having fun it is not a race (I could have gained much if just by pulling the engine another 1-1500rpm)...it's you people that think you go racing just because you enter a track...so wrong mentality there mate...

      Nope, oil pressures are acceptable but I am running on 10w60 oil. On stock 5w30 would be a problem

      See previous comment. The NC with 2.0 MZR does run a factory oil/water ol cooler, it is a factory fitted sandwich plate where the filter is mounted. I run race 5w/40 oil under all conditions, going out to 5w/60 just saps power with no extra protection. Basics really but there you go.

      hi, suspension is an adjustable coilover with custom valving from Jamsport, arbs from rx8, a complete beatrush underbody bracing, beakes are 330m 4pot calipers from D2, engine is cosworth supercharged + pistons/rods, lsd is from GRT fitted with a 4,1 crown pinion.

      Get this info up on the info/intro. I run a S/C 260+ bhp 200+ Lb/ft torque with an arguably superior suspension set up that reels in Ferraris, AMs, big M BMWS with ease, road and track. If uploading to this channel let your audience know exactly what you run, otherwise it's of no use. I apologise for negaivity but people who know cars or engineering want to know absolute facts .

      Why do you have temperature problem, short shifting and afraid to engine failure when you have changed the pistons and rods? I would like to mount this supercharger on my nc but on stock engine (with aggressive camshaft and exhaust manifold / ecutek), what do you think about..?

    Bit of a newbie question here (just recently got an NC myself) - when you're downshifting, are you blipping the throttle or are you just letting the transmission get up to speed on its own? Or perhaps the ECU is adjusting the throttle? Each downshift looks extremely smooth but your knee movements don't look like you're rev matching. Sorry for the newbie question, heh.

      Hi, nope no ecu can revmatch a manual shift. I rev match but you don't see too much of leg movement because my foot is planted on the brake pedal and I feather the gas. Most people are so concearned about rev matching that they forget the main purpose that is braking. If you use a brake pressure sensor data aquisition you will see they lose pressure quite heavily when revmatching. Just make sure to give it some gas so it doesn't snap on you and keep the changing times to minimum and you'll be fine.

      @@f1pilotgr ecu can rev match even in manual, can be done on the NC with ecutek software, for exemple the 350z come with auto rev match on manual trans, still better to do it yourself btw ;D

      Hi, I am going to reply in English for others to understand as well! Thanks for your comments, although not much dtiving there since I have to keep shortshifting all gears 5500-6000rpm to avoid extreme detonation and engine failure :-(. Setup is very street actually rx8arbs 4kg springs front and rear and custom build adjustable Jamsport shocks, a cusco diff and D2 big brake kit. Was my 1st time in Imola and I wanted to see the track before returning with my formula renault. The resulting from short shifting and air intake temperatures meant I was running no more than 180-190ps when I normally run 260 :-(.
