This man conveniently omitted to mention Leviticus 24.....I wonder why, folks? "44 As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are around you. 45 You may also buy from among the strangers who sojourn with you and their clans that are with you, who have been born in your land, and they may be your property. 46 You may bequeath them to your sons after you to inherit as a possession forever."

There has not been any 'Blind Spot' at all. Preach the truth! It's all very easy to understand really! "18 You who are slaves must accept the authority of your masters with all respect. Do what they tell you-not only if they are kind and reasonable, but even if they are cruel. 19 For God is pleased with you when you do what you know is right and patiently endure unfair treatment. 20 Of course, you get no credit for being patient if you are beaten for doing wrong. But if you suffer for doing good and endure it patiently, God is pleased with you. 21 For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in his steps." 1 Peter 2:18-21 (NLT) AMEN! St. Peter had the authority of Christ to say these truths.

As a visitor to St Silas who manages to pop in and out without initiating chats with folk, I still feel a part of the place, which in truth; is a compliment to the lovely believers that are active in your church family... May our Heavenly Father through His Spirit, minister to those that have to self isolate, may they have a real sense of His presence as they meditate on His word My prayer at this time for believers everywhere is; *may God the Father in His Mercy and Grace, refuse too allow this awful virus too take root and prosper in truly regenerate believers, by His Spirit may He cause it to die the second it comes into contact*
