Very nice explained 🎉
Thank you 🙂
What will happen if we never remove such wisdom teeth? What are the future complications?
If wisdom teeth are not removed, several outcomes can occur, depending on the individual's dental health and the positioning of the teeth: 1. Impaction: Wisdom teeth can become impacted, meaning they don't fully emerge from the gums. This can lead to pain, swelling, and infection. 2. Crowding: As wisdom teeth push against adjacent teeth, they can cause crowding or misalignment, potentially affecting your bite and overall dental aesthetics. 3. Cysts and Tumors: Impacted wisdom teeth can lead to the formation of cysts or tumors in the jaw, which may require surgical intervention. 4. Gum Disease: Wisdom teeth are located at the back of the mouth, making them harder to clean. This can increase the risk of gum disease and tooth decay. 5. Decay: If wisdom teeth partially erupt, they can create pockets where food and bacteria accumulate, leading to cavities in both the wisdom teeth and neighboring teeth. 6. Pain and Discomfort: Some individuals may experience ongoing discomfort or pain if their wisdom teeth are not removed, especially if they are impacted. Regular dental check-ups can help monitor the condition of wisdom teeth and determine if removal is necessary.

You should consult your operating surgeon.
This is very scary..i have to go through this in 2 days..scared of pain 😢
I hope the surgery went fine and you recovered without any issue.
How much would be the ideal depth of the buccal trough ?
There is no fixed criteria for the depth of the trough. It depends on the position of the Impacted tooth (position A, position B, position C from Pell and Gregory classification).
I want to know where is place and location sir. I need your appointment
Pacific Dental College and Hospital, Udaipur, Rajasthan

Covering eye during the procedure under local anaesthesia...is this right ?? Plz reply sir....i ask this question bcz if patient going to syncope or any other problem how can we understand this..?
Covering eyes and face is a part of painting and draping procedure for any surgery. It is important to keep talking to the patient to make sure he is fine. Also, i always ask my patient to raise his/her left hand if they are not feeling well.
@@drzibranomfs thank you sir for explanation
I have this pain from three year ..is there any problem if i will not remove it on time?? please tell me
You will continue to have pain. Apart from that, depending on the severity of the condition, there may be other issues.

Now how is your condition
Dentist told me today that i have this on both sides. need to remove asap but i don’t feel it yet. this will be my first time, will i be under anesthesia and will it hurt?
Yes, you'll be under anesthesia. No, it won't hurt during the procedure. It won't hurt even after the procedure if you follow the instructions given by your doctor and take medication regularly.
