Enjoyed the ride.
Thank you 👍
I just got a 400 burgman love it.
Great bike hope you have many miles of enjoyment 👍
Lovely ride!! as a resident of Sheffield, this is home turf, fabulous countryside, always manage to get lost though out of Lower Bradfield, and end up near Stocksbridge rather than Ladybower. Will have to resort to Google maps. . Good luck with the channel, ride safe, regards...Pete
Thank you 👍
I did the scooter thing round these parts for a while. Great fun on the Honda SH300. Back on a BMW GS
Great place to ride the bike 👍
Nothing like a pleasant ride out with your mates for a pot of tea.
Perfect day perfect weather not much traffic makes the perfect ride 🛵
Absolutely, great day ):
I live not far from armthorpe and have done that run hundreds of times so it was great to see it on a vlog thanks it almost felt like i was there with you plus it save me a few quid on fuel so well done
Thank you much appreciated 👍
Love all of your videos and this one is without exception
Thank you, your comments are much appreciated. It’s good to know that my time trying to create decent films are worth it. Pleased you enjoyed it 🙂👍

Happy safe riding fellas! From 🇨🇦 a fellow Burgman an400 fan.
Thank you:)
Nice ride!
Thank you :)
Hey I'm just curious how old you are. Very much enjoy your videos. Im in my early 60's riding my 2007 Burgman AN 400.
Thank you I’m 79, 80 in October, ride safe 👍
May you ride many more yrs. Enjoy and God bless!
Great video and cracking scenery. I have recently acquired a 2009 Burgman 400 and love the scoot. It is so much more comfortable than any of the bikes I have owned previously and really don't understand why some bikers ( not all) seem to have a bit of an attitude against scooters. Those that I know who have tried them always seem to come back with a big grin on there face after riding a decent capacity scoot...they are great fun to ride. 😀
Thank you,I was the same when i had my Goldwing, soon as I tried the Burgman I was sold. Love every mile I ride 👍
This is a really nice video.. I love this road. And I especially like Leyburn.. I'm heading that way in a few weeks time for a holiday. It's a pity this wasn't longer. thanks anyway.
Thank you I agree fabulous roads.
Hi , Great videos , me and my friend planning on doing a trip ( camping ) to Holmfirth to spend day or two there and visit compo / cleggys grave in ST.Johns church , ive been to Holmfirth before - beautiful - then on into the peak district for one or two nights camping / exploring :) im 57 and have the 650 Burgman which is an older 07 plate but love her - my mate is 72 and rides a Yamaha T-Max - agree with you 100 % the Burgman 650 very heavy but ok when on the move , anyway enjoy trips and keep videos coming - very inspiring - ive just bought an older gopro 3+ but takes good enough videos so will try out when we go.

I've been a proud 2008 Burgman 650 owner for exactly one week. I absolutely love it, and having ridden it can't imagine not having one. Thanks for the content!
Pleased you enjoyed it enjoy your 650 fabulous machine a tad heavy for me though 👍
Ive had my 2007 Burgman 650 about 3 years and also love it but at only 5 foot 8 and 57 years old looking at Jeff's videos wished i got the 400 - love the bike and probably never change but the 400 can do all the 650 can but lighter and flat foot.
I used to go everywhere with my 650 burger van. It's gathering dust in the garage. After watching this I think I'll stick a new battery on and get my weary old bones back on the road.
I do this run often on a 650 Burgman, believe me as good as it is the video doesn't do it justice. It's a beaautiful run on a summers evening, not so much traffic and lovely sunsets. Thanks for postting it I enjoyed.
Thank you yes it doesn’t show it at it’s best but it’s still nice to look back on my run 👍
Thank you 👍
Absolutely Lovely..
Thank you 👍
Been to both of these churches myself. wherebouts are you based, I'm Doncaster, South Yorks.
Hi Eric just seen your comment, sorry about that 👍
That was a great simple vlog enjoyed it so thanks and keep em coming
Thank you:)
Lovely ride
Thank you 👍
@@jeffholland5088 How Many miles has your Burgman done now Jeff.... Love watching your trips when its too wet down here to take mine out...
@@keith4usa1 14k miles 👍
@@jeffholland5088 Was the Belt and rollers an expensive job jeff ?? or havent you had them done yet , mine has only 5,500 on a 2014 plate its black as well a Limited Edition version
@@keith4usa1 I’ve not replaced them yet, had it serviced and MOT last week and all is fine
You don't say which Burgman you're riding (you may have said that in other videos). I have the Burgman 650AN Executive which is a good bike for both the city commute and weekend run on the open road. In Australia (where I live the 650) is no longer available but it well and truly holds its own on the highway at the speed limit of 110km/h. The Dales look very green and lush - thanks for showing them in your video. Herer is my review of the 650. th-cam.com/video/LzDg9MOaLHQ/w-d-xo.html
Hi Roger, thank you for your comments much appreciated, it’s a 2014 400 AN, really nice bike to ride. I fancied a 650 but a little too heavy for me. Take care 👍
Hello my old friend its good to see you out and about.
Thank you going to be back on the road riding and filming:)
@@jeffholland5088 that is good to hear Jeff
Many thanks for yet another scenic ride!😎👍🤝
Ooh..l absolutely love the scenic rides that you let us tag along with you! I'm a grumpy old biker and can appreciate what you're about!😎🤝
I'm also a grumpy old school biker and I just LOVE your videos! I just want to RIDE and RIDE!❤
They are a lovely scooter aren't they. I think the Ariel Leader (built in Birmingham my home town) was the British Maxi scooter before the Maxi scooter was invented. I love my Burgman. Fast enough for me these days
Yers great bike, my pal had an Ariel Leader

Thank you Steven, pleased you enjoyed it :}
Looks like you had a pleasant ride out.
Very pleasant thank you:)
Respect from GEORGIA!

Thank you Steven :)
Beautiful places you show us mate. Great day for a ride.
Thank you, its only a 45 min ride to get started, then you can spend all day running around :)
Good to see you out and not just a fair-weather rider
Thank you, I try to ride all year, just pick my days and the right clothing :)
I have travelled up the road several times on a Burgman 400
Great roads to ride Andrew :)
Nice ride out surprised how low the water is . Well done for spoiling yourself with the cuppa and teacake . Cheers Jeff
Thank you, I was surprised I was only there in August and can't believe the difference :)
Yes, lovely 😊 These Burgmans are really nice 👍
Thank you they certainly are a nice bike to ride 👍
How many miles on your Burgman now ??
Sorry for not replying earlier about 13 K👍
@@oldgrumpybiker2967 Oh Thats ok Thankyou, mines a Newly Bought 2014 Burgman 400 Limited Edition and i picked that up in as New Condition with only 3k on the Clock..
@@keith4usa1 That’s brilliant should give you a few years of reliable riding, enjoy 👍
Nice little ride that, got to watch out at Askern, always seem to find motorbikes without plates pulling wheelies up and down there. Sorry to hear you've had an off there too, was this recent and is that where the scratch on the bike came from that's had the cowboy repair? Ride safe as always and nice to see you out and about, Bernard too of course.
Thank you left side panel scratched and I should have left the respray to the pros, it is in now for spraying :}
nice one matey good ride that
Thank you Steven it was a good ride about 100 miles 👍
proper biking really that..... just enjoying the scenery and freedom..... not riding like a twonk on a race rep.. nice one
i got meself another mini -maxi scooter in lockdown suzuki burgman 200 ... me an the missus enjoying jaunts out into kent .. but its just a bit underpowered for 2 up on steep hills but not by much... i will be getting a 300 or more... the way the Fuel costs are rising.. and smart motorways and cameras hidden etc.... 70mph is enough for me now so a 300 will be fine... ive done all the sportbike riding got the T shirt etc... this is possibly the most enjoyable part of my roadbiking journey as i do NOT feel any pressure to go fast... and stop for regular ice cream or cuppa by river somewhere.. .. let all the young blokes do the heroic riding..
lovely quiet roads.. as a younger man id be on a sportbike riding too fast worrying about police cameras etc.... now i am +50 years old i love actually looking at the scenery i am driving through.. and at a sensible pace... i done the harley sportster for a year or 3.... now im also back on a maxi scooter..soo relaxing wi no gears chugging along about 50mph... even better with missus on back enjoying the day out.. .. great vid
I've never been a sports bike rider touring machines has been my riding. But now I'm in my late 70s this Burgman is just fine . Thanks for your comments 👍
One of my favourite vacations was a two week motocamping trip in the mid ‘90s on a ‘79 Kawasaki KZ650 D that I tricked out for touring that covered the US East Coast with stays at Mt Washington, Key West and my folks’ farm in Alabama. Except for Georgia and going south in Florida, I avoided interstates the whole way and enjoyed scenic US Routes. Delaware was surprisingly like stepping back in time a few decades, as if I were riding through Mayberry RFD; but the most beautiful stretch to me was riding through the forest east of Gettysburg on a late afternoon. Most of the while I rode between 45 & 50 MPH (72 to 80 Km/H) and just loved looking at the scenery and relaxing.
Nice ride. Thanks for taking us along. And thanks for pointing the camera so we could see the route rather than pointing it more downward such that all we see is the area between the fuel tank and 10 feet ahead of the bike. I prefer to see where you're going.
Thank you 👍
Wrong sort of music for the video imo🤔🤷♂️ but hey ho its your video 👍
