Where is this? So cool:)
Haven't heard this song in years. I'd basically forgotten about it. But it's nice to hear it again.
Love watching you garden ty for sharing sweety❤
i bought one 9 years ago and it is still with me .i built a base made of wood and screwed it to it .i have had up to 40 mph winds and no damage .bought it in the north where i lived . and three years later took it apart and went south .now being used as a chicken coop.. two panels caved in from turkeys landing on the roof to roost .would i buy one again .for a little home gardener i would say it did better than i expected. for the young lady in this video I'm sure you will like it for years .
Aww i have a cat called arlo❤! Hes so cute i mean ur cat❤❤! First pls pin❤!?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
No soap to help it mix with the water?
I have not needed to add soap when mixing
The worm looks exactly like a squash vine borer. Is rhe moth white with two small brown spots?
How do you catch only vine borers in the traps? I'd be afraid of bees getting stuck. Thanks. Last year my zucchini died before I realized what happened... I thought they rotted. This year I saw evidence of a problem and googled problems. Learned about the borers and the eggs, but no one has a solution to prevent, just kill the larvae when its eating the plant. This is the first I am seeing there are traps.
I caught no bees in the 4 traps I deployed last year. There is a pheromone in the trap that only attracts the vine borers. Alternatively, you can inject Bt into the stem to try and kill the borer.
Yeah! FIRST VIDEO SHOWING WHAT THE SQUASH VINE BORER EGGS LOOK LIKE before they hatch and enter the plant. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT OTHERS DO NOT. Also, others show plants where the eggs have already hatched and entered into the vines, but I have not found A SINGLE VIDEO showing the damage BEFORE they cut the plant open. I would like to know what the damage looks so I know when to inject with BT or try surgically removing the buggers before they do additional damage. On my own plants, I saw evidence of early damage, there was a gooey pinkish/orangish colored slime coming from one of my melon plants. It appeared to be early damage from a squash vine borer. I went ahead and injected it with BT after seeing 1 video where they didn't show it, but spoke about it and that plant, over a week later, is doing well. Thank you for being thorough. They regular squash bug eggs are far easier to detect. Now I know where to look for the other bugs eggs and what they look like also. I'm heading out to my garden right now to look for those borer eggs on the stems of my plants. Would love if you have the opportunity (and I don't wish this on anyone) to show damage done once the borer enters a plant BEFORE you open it up with a knife to remover borers in an attempt to save the plant because others do show what it looks like AFTER they've opened the plant stem up, but never show detailed damage so people can be more keenly aware of what it looks like before they start cutting into it.
I would SHAKE IT before i open it.
No, probably wouldn't - to weird to be inside and hearing the perspex flexing in the wind.
Thank you for your honest and thorough review. Very helpful!
Que ermoso❤❤❤❤
Ahahhahhaha for real! 😂😂😂 gardening ain't no joke I literally have to pinch myself to keep from venturing down to the garden center.
You're prying the wrong way. Push out. Don't pull in. Keeps those lines crisp and no bevel. 😉
Might as well just use a shovel, the edger is shaped that way to be rocked side to side
@@krazykkarl I think they use it since most flat shovels have rounded edges.
Step edgers are meant to be stepped on with a knife like edge to cut the grass line. Everyone likes a different bed edge style. 😀 I really like mine this way.
@@gardeningatriverside I like the sharp angles too. That's why I suggest prying in the other direction.
Do you have an entire video including planting and how you stuck the moss to the terra cotta plants?
Yoo, Thank You Ma'am!! So many people skip, or just skate around the topic of wind with these greenhouses, and many other types as well. I get 60mph winds, with up to 80mph gusts. Some greenhouses i have looked at would sail away like a kite, and others, the panels would blow out and then the frame would bend and then who know what would happen afterwards. We (the town) just finished from a 3 day blizzard, 40mph with 50moh gusts, non stop. I think If i want a greenhouse, i will have to invest into having a Planta Greenhouse. Check Those Out! 😁 BUT ... I wont be buying one of those anytime soon. The inside of my home will have to do, and i dont mind having a jungle indoors! 😆😁 Stay Well Ma'am 😊

Projects are fun
This was helpful!
Not protected from new seeds but it's a good weed whacking line or place to spray to prevent new unwanted weeds and I'd only spray for noxious unusable ones.
Absolutely! My main problem is ground ivy and what I would spray for it would also kill my arborvitae hedge. This way if I need to spray its not right next to the trunk.
This is the equivalent of a child covering their eyes and thinking you can't see them...
So. Much. Ground Ivy
Until?
Full green wall privacy :)
I'm sure the neighbours love it
I receive many generous compliments :)
@@gardeningatriverside I must admit it does look well
Great clios 👍
So you unrooted it?
here's a +1 for algorithm, but I can't watch because you sound a bit too much like my ex.
😵Great idea 👍
Are those weeds or medicine?
Depends on the person. This bed is my asparagus bed so I like to let them grow without competition.
You squashed the squash bug 😮😂
What a missed opportunity for a video title. 😂
I stopped growing zucchini as soon as those things showed up. It’s so hard to catch them before they infest the entire thing.
I do a pretty good job controlling squash bugs but vine borers destroy my crop every year
seriousssss
For real! It's a life saver
Weeds won't go under them?
I get an occasional weed from seed but nothing under the metal so far. I've saved hours of time every season :)
Just use weed killer 😂 wasting money
Weed killer doesn't discriminate. :/ Would kill my plants too
Beautiful garden🌻🌻🌻
Yes, thank you
Very pretty plant🪴
Thanks so much 😊
Great job, look wonderful.
Thank you! I'm excited to see the everything grow in next year
Amazing
show the tool please - i'm in the desert trying to dig holes to plant fruit trees and dealing with i think crab grass and clay soil , doing the drain test etc but i need a tool like you are using
They call this one a turf edger or half moon edger. I use it anytime I'm removing large volumes of sod. It's just the right height for me and has a large stepping area.
Beautiful lighting.
Thank you!
Your edger is one of the worst ones.
The gas edgers work best. The older the better.
They sure do! I haven't been lucky enough to buy one yet.
