The entire southern area below the Massingir dam between karigani & limpopo park down to the Corumana dam needs to be made into a game reserve for wildlife only. Move all the people out to farming areas surrounding maputo so that their cattle do not get eaten by Lions

having a fully enclosed park is not a sustainable solution......elephant population will continue expanding & they will need more space & corridors to migrate to different regions for feeding. Large Corridors to Kruger national park & swaziland parks are needed

i dont understand this in 2023????? Zinave is located on a massive river and the whole point of peace parks is for open systems so animals migrate to NATURAL water sources in order to improve biodiversity and reduce strain on vegetation around artificial borehole watering points....feels like European donor money is being wasted on the old fashioned conservation thats been proven more harmful than beneficial to natural ecosystems

this is evidence that Maputo National Park is totally unsustainable and not viable to ever host the big 5. This reserve needs drastic expansion and viable wildlife corridors tothe Kruger National Park and Tembe & Ndumo reserve asap to create a viable sustainable wildlife refuge urgently as the neighbouring human populations are exploding and soon the beautiful southern mozambique will just be full of houses and farms like South Africa

rather than just a few stills from camera traps - wish the video narration would provide more details regarding the research, its outcomes, population densities of different species and how their reclamation of degraded farmland is measured and assessed as a success or not? an update on the limpopo park, bahnine & zinave wildlife corridors would be great too
