Be careful what you ask for as opposed to what you actually recieve because if the DEA allows for the re-classification of marijuana down to Schedule III on the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), the following are a few of the rules that apply to all current Schedule III drugs. These are just some of the current rules of Schedule III, NOT proposals (the DEA's decision will likely occur sometime before the 2024 election cycle): ⭐The manufacture, distribution, and possession of medical marijuana (not recreational) would become legal under the CSA. ⭐MMJ patients will need a PRESCRIPTION from their doctor and it be must be purchased from a federally licensed PHARMACY (Walgreens, CVS, etc.), not a dispensary. ⭐FDA "control and oversight" would be mandatory and expand significantly (big pharma), as the "FDA heavily regulates the manufacture, distribution and sale of drugs." ⭐Recreational marijuana use would remain ILLEGAL under federal law, with ZERO protections from the DEA.

This is so important. We all know that most all hemp likes to go over .03 THC even after it is sampled legal between harvest times. Anything concentration of THC should be legal after harvest if plant tested under 3 THC at sampling. Just this little glitch could ruin even the textile industry for crops having to be destroyed we're not processed because of too much Delta 9 THC after testing and harvest. I hope and pray if they win this case and leave control of hemp up to the USDA or not only will have derived cannabinoids and isomers suffer in processing but also fiber for textile applications and grain for food.

Thanks my friends. I just think these states are so stupid. These limited farms are so bad. When its fed legal they will be shipping pounds from oregon for 500 and no state grows will be able to compete. Not to mention Mexico is about to flood the market with nugs legal or not. If these greedy politicans dont let everyone on every level get on board it will all fail. These states wont make shit in tax revenue not letting poor people a way in.
