    I bought Livpure Ro ,After two months The RO membrane filter became unserviceable.one year warranty means nothing only service free for one year .You have to pay again and again for this filter.

    Please refrain from taking their service, they will install your machine within 24 hours, but when you decide to cancel their subscripting they wont accept it. will keep on delaying it. And you will end up paying for the months where you are not using their services. They are another subscription based scam companies like others.

    I would request #sachintendulkar to disassociate him from this company. It's quality of service is exactly opposite to his. Sachin Sir was the source for hope for whole India, while this company is hopeless, especially it's customer care. 10 days back I had raised a complaint of RO not working. But still they have not managed to rectify the problem. For such an essential commodity as drinking water we must not use this product. We can without anything but not without drinking water. If this company wants to do business and earn money, then try some another field, and trouble it's customer by unable to deliver drinking water. This can be a matter of life or death.     They have the worst customer service, once the RO is installed they don't provide any service I've been complaining about poor taste and no response they open anticket and close it without even doing anything. Wasted money on them and they don't even change the filters, it's been two years the water output is poor and they claim on phone filters are ok without even physically checking them. Buy an RO don't waste efforts on this worthless brand.

    When I purchased the service 2 years back it was good, but now the price is just not justified 500 for 28 days! What is it a mobile plan, so disappointed. I will not recommend this to any one, instead purchase an RO you will be much satisfied.

    Livpure is good until you resquest for disconnting the serivice for many weeks they are not gonna entertain you whenever you ask them to disconnect the service , i got my resolution after 3 weeks and after mentioning my problem to the director/general of the company on linkedin . And secondly the installation is not free they charge 250 to 400 rs for a nosal that company does not provide in the box and also the installation guy does not provide bill for that nosal of 250 to 400 rs it means no proof of payment and the company doesnot claim any responsibility for this .
