I was looking at this model in the store a couple days ago and the handle would come up like that when released if you are holding the self-propel handle down. Release the second handle and it popped up a little higher. But, then I don't own one yet. Doing my research.
Ok... Now the title of the video is correct. I knew that was wrong the moment I saw that the engine was a 254cc engine, because I have the same snowblower minus the led light. Mine has the regular halogen bulb, but other than that, it's the same thing.
It’s broken. The auger is running without the handle being down.

Good catch! It was an error on my part. It’s a good snowblower and did well its first winter
That's not the SHO model with the 254cc engine; that's just the regular Deluxe model.
