Jackson Browne - what can be said that hasn't already been said so many times before and much better than I could express what his music means to me and to countless others - that being said - I miss Jeff Young - I miss David Lindley - David whose talent defined so much of Jackson's early catalogue of great music - and the interplay between Greg Leisz and Val McCallum - for those who know - what more needs to be said - I'm just so glad I had Jackson's music be apart of my life these last 50 years - and the way Take It Easy blends into Our Lady of the Well - absolutely perfect - Thanks you Jackson - the soundtrack of my life

when l was a young man a long long time ago Running on Empty didn't leave my turntable for a year.....and that was one of the best years of my life that easy California groove was Mr. Brown all those songs were poetry to my soul .....nuthin but respect and admiration ....to ROCK for country to COUNTRY for rock....JUST RIGHT

FUN FACT: Browne wrote most of the song but couldn't write an ending and so he gave it to Glenn Frey, his roommate, who worked out the finish of the song.
