Drug diversion is a real concern in the healthcare setting. It is estimated that 10% of nurses are dependent on some type of drug. Hospital staff are as vulnerable as the rest of the population to addiction. When you consider that vulnerability, and add to it the access healthcare providers have to the addictive medications, steps must be put in place to monitor for diversion. Allowing a healthcare provider to divert medications from the intended path (the patient) to themselves results in multiple points of risk.

Great conversation, and very valuable to hear perspectives on the various situations
subs for paws is crazy, never ends well. literally got on a super powerful opioid lmao lord
Before you black women pass judgment on this black man, think about how many black men raised the children of white men that raped and had forced affairs with black house maids and black service workers..That is why so many of you think you have Native American blood running through your veins when it’s actual white blood. In many cases the white man would come in the house and rape the black woman in the house leaving the black man helpless there to listen. He could do nothing to protect her because family would be sold or killed..
Too bad the Doctor has not mastered good voicing
This is excellent information. Have you seen Dr KJ Foster's take on PAWS? It's also great.
Alan is the Man 🏆
Certainly appreciate the importance of treating patients and co-workers with mercy and compassion. Very interesting interview. Thanks for sharing, David

How many nurses succumb to something that they didn't come clean with?
So don’t drink and stay away from drugs. Not everyone in the world is an addict like these groups love to think and convince everyone of.
Can you help varicocele with fasting ?

A pure heart, the golden rule and first do no harm covers it all.
I want to go to True North so badly. I sent them all my documents and recent health test results but havent heard back from them. I really need this!!!! Pancreatic cysts 😢. My father and sister died of Pancreatic cancer. They want to cut me open and remove the cysts if it comes back negative for cancer. Doc said they found precancer when they did the EUS. Im so confused and dont want to lose part of an organ if I can shrink or eliminate these cysts at True North. Definitely want to get rid of any possibility of pancreatic cancer. Im 58 and feel as though Im far too young to die. Hoping to hear back from someone soon. Im ready to leave today!
I hope you are well 🙏🏾
Know your rights😊

No one likes the DEA or wants to fund this CRIMINAL taxpayer funded counterfeit organization. DEFUND AND DISMANTLE THE DEA, FDA, CDC, NIH, DHS,
Ridiculos and at first, I thought he knew. But for PAWS? You just delay and start all over.
Speaking for myself only, and it is always part of the recommendation to all I work with, yes, resources are offered, We realize that even if there is no admission there was a concern that brought us to the interview and therefore the individual needs to be aware of who to reach out to when they are ready for help.
Hi, I am wondering if you offer any resources to those you interview? If you are concerned for diversion, or even have proof, do you offer help to those you are interviewing, whether or not they can or do admit to anything?
The VA increased his dose FAR to fast. You don't develop tolerance like that in 2 to 3 weeks. The VA has killed many veterans by doing this.
5 months sober and those assholes cost him another 4 years. He was so close to being done. I'll bet he had worse paws from the Suboxone. That's just dirty. They should have been honest and let him know how close he was.
How do you wanna know this? Paws can last for years. I have since 7 years sleeping problems and fatigue. I was addicted to heroin and morphin for 3 years. Sober since 7 years and i still have paws.
It's usually the people that get the "up" feeling that end up having addiction issues with opiates.

Dr Goldhamer motivated me to fast this past summer. I suffered from Periodic Limb movement disorder for many years. I was awaken every night about 1.5 to 2 hours after falling asleep with my legs jerking violently for many hours. I could never get a good night's sleep and was exhausted all the time. It was horrible. I had tried all kinds of therapies and diets including raw vegan and nothing would help. So I decided to water fast. I initially wanted to fast for 10 days, but there was no improvement so I continued to fast. My symptoms only got worse during the first 3 weeks of the fast. During the 4th week there was some improvement. Then at the beginning of the 5th week the periodic limb movement disorder disappeared. I stopped fasting at 35 days. I am approx 95% healed, but still get a small amount of jerking on some nights. I do get to sleep most nights without any limb jerking and it's wonderful. I plan to do another fast next summer as I know I can be fully healed. One long fast cannot heal every disorder if it is severe. Thank You Dr. Goldhamer for teaching me about fasting. I am 64 years old.
I’d highly recommend you check out Dan at ‘Pain free You’ a lot is also our thinking… he’s having unbelievable results

Can fasting help with gout?
Stop eating carbs, especially processed ones. Many people have been able to get rid of gout altogether through low carb/keto/carnivore and fasting.

Lol. Opioids were a cakewalk compared to benzos.
I withdrawaled from both at same time, i then purposly relapsed to taper down both then quit methadone first, then clonopin. yes benzo withdrawal was worse and so was the PAWS. the anxiety and brain zaps and I couldnt really even talk to people during that.
@@pigeonsil240sx yep. Its uncomparable imo.
Can't hear him.
