Essential Oils 101: An Introduction to Essential Oils and Chemistry
Wonderfully interesting and Informative. Thank you
Excellent video! Thank you Aaron.
It makes no sense the greenhouse gases from the esssestial oil will evetually be more released into the atmosphere. It will be released more readily than if you let it decompose in the forest 😂😂😂.
Thank you
amasing
I know this is an old video, but if interested, you mentioned Frankincense & its relation to HIV Reverse Transcriptase. Olive Leaf Extract is the Natural Biological Cure, or Remedy for AIDS/HIV. The HIV is in an RNA form and needs the Protein Enzyme “Reverse Transcriptase”, to Transcribe Itself into the Human DNA. The Natural Biological Chemicals in Olive Leaf Extract Inhibits, or Blacks the Protein Enzyme preventing replication. Good Luck UMOJA Research Ref Book - Olive Leaf Extract by Morton Walker
Very impressed with all the info provided so far (I'm only halfway through the video). I'm wondering if you have a list of essential oil brands that you have certified and/or recommend? I live in Asia so it helps if it's available in this part of the world..
I guess i answered my question by watching up to 59:40
I always read about it in the Bible but somehow just never looked up what it actually is. 😂😂that’s really cool
Mam please make a video on , identification of Frankenscence ( boswellia sacra / boswellia carteri) Vs Indian Frankenscense ( boswellia serrata) Please also clear the confusion about , is olibanum and boswellia serrata same. How they look , smell and colour they have.
Those downed trees also burn like gasoline
I got some amazing green frankincense from puresacra its so soft, great to chew

Morocco is missing from your map!
really like the videographyaaspect of this video. who was your production crew?
We have a local company that did this for us years ago. thanks for watching!
Thank you a lot. I would like to link your video to explain GC/MS analysis method to consumers. If you don't want the link, I'll delete it.
ok
Really excellent in content and presentation. I would certainly truest these guys' services. Thanks for sharing! Just a note on history, 'Essential oils have been used in folk medicine over centuries. The Persian physician Ibn Sina, known as Avicenna in Europe, was first to derive the fragrance of flowers from distillation,[51] while the earliest recorded mention of the techniques and methods used to produce essential oils may be Ibn al-Baitar (1188-1248), an Arab Al-Andalusian (Muslim Spain) physician, pharmacist and chemist.[52]. ref Wikipedia
No to be argumentative, but no insects are boring. hahaha
I’m curious if everyone feels this is still the right thing to do, after the year of fires in Canada, that were so bad, we couldn’t leave our houses on certain days in the US. The smoke was so heavy and dangerous for people with respiratory diseases. California does the same thing, I believe, and their wild fires have wiped out entire towns. I agree, it doesn’t look good for about 2 or 3 years after a cut, but the forest regenerates, and it’s healthier for it.
This is so helpful.Thank you very much
Thank you .
Amazing video! Thank you! How can I join this event and see process of distillation?
Stop the vocal fry!
My dad taught me to use the sap from balsam for minor cuts when we were harvesting firewood. Worked like a charm.
Then huge mountains of ashes accumulates at the edge of the cogeneration property
Not true they still cut all

Great vid! Thank you!
Great lecture a little bit over my head but fascinating, do they have a product that they sell or endorse? Thank you in advance
"right here we have 4 species that can be turned into essential oils!" .... ill never understand people with the only interest in nature being what they can take from it.
Frankincense was a gift to Jesus.
Thank you so much for such interesting lecture!!! My dream to see in real life process distillation)
Best of luck with your dream ☘️☘️☘️
good
Can someone help me with their knowledge of essential oils. If a essential oil is used in a soap formulation. If it’s made in a room that’s not ventilated. Would the molecules fill the air and then settle on the ground? I’m trying to find out how they oxidise? Would they precipitate down to the floor or evaporate?

you need to adjust the content
New supporter but seems the channel has gone rogue. Still appreciate the left behind knowledge.
Just watched thisthis right through. Fantastic very well explained really interesting. I’ve just been researching essential oils for the first time I know I was struck by how you could apparently buy wholesale 5 kg containers of lavender oil and other essential oils from India and southern Europe for prices that I couldn’t understand. I guessed they must be adulterating the essential oils and now you’ve confirmed this. I think this will create a great opportunity for honest producers who can grow the plants and produce oils from their own plants then sell direct and publicising the farm and the distillery. I imagine that you could build up a genuine following with herbalists and and aromatherapy consultants who want 100% pure product. You can also produce blended products and as long as you sell them as blended making it clear that they are not 100% pureThis way you will maintain your reputation. I only wish this lab was in the UK!
Get from the right source
This is a great video! I work with a small distiller in Turkey that uses all local farmers to his area (İzmir). We lived there for a while and are trying to help him with sales requiring english. Let me know if you are interested in anything he has to offer. Organic and conventional are available.
How do we find out where to get the pure oils
